We've a compact alpine tractor with loader and grab. We tried a small Jensen pto chipper on it, it was useless just soooo slow. I'd be sure you are happy with performance of set up before buying one

The big Ifor tipper is 3.62m/12ft

I guess there is room for overhang...

Looking at the future JD2036 with it's quick attach loader system.

Although, the JD1026 which I currently run and will leave behind when I leave could run a CS100 pto machine if push comes to shove.

What I wouldn't like is -

Tipper trailers are quite high. Putting a compact tractor and chipper on it is going to have a high CoG (not taking into consideration the front loader up and over the ladder rack). Plus you haven't got the room with tractor chipper combo centred lengthwise. All in you are going to have an accident waiting to happen if you spend much time over 50mph.

I have a 1.7t mini digger and ifor 3017. It isnt great fun to tow. Just too high and I think in an emergency situation/swerve/big snake it would roll. I can barely get my AGT in the 3017 if I have a flail or winch on. I'd be miles off with a pto chipper.

Sounds like you aren't taking the arisings away so why not a king/club cab. You could put a smaller tracked loader in there and have a plant/tilt bed trailer with a tracked chipper on it.

My 36hp kubota with grab loader and winch is heavy. Towed on a new ifor tipping trailer.

I would not like to drive that combo every day, snakey!

I've tried reversing it on, and driving it on. Anything over 50 mph it gets intense.

That little Schliesing 200Z looks great but at that weight most 35hp compacts are going to struggle.

Schliesing documentation says 680kg. But it is side mounted so probably easier to lift than a 800-900kg inline chipper.

We were talking about set ups the other day and wondered if anybody has tried a beaver tail truck with tracked chipper and towing a 3.5tonne trailer. You have the flexibility of a tracked chipper and the chip capacity of at least 2 tonne legally.

Am I missing something here????
