I went out to a call out today, the tree had been like this since late last night, wasn't till this morning when the owners saw it!

They put some bins out to try and stop people parking underneath the tree, not long after the person who owns the car in the picture, moved the bins to park there car directly under the tree??

Really stupid or has this person got any other idea!!? 470a91cbfb84e37aa988c3e8f13b8ddd.jpg

I guess by parking there they had a shorter distance to walk to their house yeah? :001_huh:

Perhaps, in part, begs the question why the tree wasn't dealt with there n then before they the opportunity to park up...no criticism, just a thought out loud.

That's one (big) Christmas tree that won't be being dressed this time round...shame.

Cheers,

Paul

It's easy for an arborist to spot that, but for joe blogs they really might not have noticed. Driving along looking for a space, they're not looking out for aerial hazards. Moving the bins and parking they'd only have seen some low branches at best

How recently had the car badly failed its MOT?

If they went to the trouble to move the bins they MUST have been aware of the likely outcome.

Considering the potential risk to the public you would have thought the council would have removed all the vehicles out of there or at the very least blocked off the road.
