I doubt that. Sometimes people need to fight back, if all they have is rocks then they will use them even if the other side has automatic weapons.

Ok, so its a given that if you throw a brick at a police officer then you deserve to be gunned down. What if its just half a brick, does that still condone a death sentence? What if its a rock that looks like a brick or maybe just a stone but the size of a brick?

If someone is throwing a fire bomb or pointing a gun then yes, but throwing stones, really! Surely firing a gun to kill is a last resort.

Look, any of the fookers looting, burning business and homes (and hotels) down, attacking the police then they deserve to be arrested and charged no questions asked but once the police have the power to open fire at the throwing of a rock then its gone way, way too far. IMO

"never bring a brick to a gun fight"

Guns versus bricks/rocks sounds like Gaza. I know Israel and the US are best buddies, but do they really want to go down that route?

So let's put you in the shoes of a copper having whole bricks whistling past your head without riots gear.

I wonder I wonder what you would do if you were armed and within your rights to shoot the daft sod that chucked the brick as it ain't gonna be more than 20 yards away!.

Well then, maybe we should all be armed to make it a fair fight. Im sure that will level the playing field and whatever what could go wrong?

Good grief Charlie Brown. Lets move things up a level or 10.

Yep, I listen to a lot of those. I disagree with them a bit on their attitude towards protein though. They are not advocates of a higher protein intake, which for me, coming from an athletic background, is very important.

I've taken their 30 different plants a week mantra to heart though, and sometimes get close to that in a single day. My gut microbiome is (I believe) a healthy place :D

Yes, I found the 30 plants thing surprisingly easy to achieve, even per day, if I put a little effort in. I'm convinced they're right about the benefits of doing it as well. It's all about the microbiome!

They're aimed more at normal people rather than athletes, hence them not endorsing high protein intake. There's an awful lot of stuff on the shelves at the moment labelled as "high protein" in this country. Destined to be consumed by decidedly 'unathletic" people. It's ridiculous, just a fashion or marketing BS.
