You’ve tagged the wrong Steven. I was going to use this one instead of the dog sketch but the crop wouldn’t work with the little circle. Climbing at the Roaches circa 2005.

Right @Oldfeller @StephenP @GarethM @Johnsond Thousands of posts between you. Put up an avatar. It doesnt have to give anything away. Just makes you seem more human

They both work for the government…

Falsetto loveliness. They do seem to get unfairly overlooked.

Well it was that or a tree.

Yes and no. I don't know many religious people at all, of any flavour. However, two of the most devout are long term friends of mine. Both hardcore Christians, church every Sunday, prayers before every meal kind of deal. One is a Consultant Anesthetist, the other is something secret at GCHQ, (trained as a computer scientist). You wouldn't have thought a religious brainwashing would have been conducive to the fields of either Medicine or IT; where logical, critical, common sense thinking are required. Odd.

Supertramp are a bit forgotten. They were one of the biggest bands in the world. Breakfast in America was a massive seller. Great band. Great songs. RIP.

You have developed a strong resistance to using the Quote button. Why is that? Why do I need to differentiate between could and have, what's that got to with the price of fish? Smells like more Pollocks to me. Have a think about why you so often miss the point being raised in an opposing argument. It's nothing to do with a L vs. R debate, but everything to do with dogma induced ignorance.

New Banksy mural appears at Royal Courts of Justice WWW.BBC.CO.UK The artwork, which shows a judge hitting a protester with a gavel, was confirmed by the elusive street artist.

He had committed -- would have committed, even if he had never set pen to paper -- the essential crime that contained all others in itself. Thoughtcrime, they called it. Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever". Shame that the absolute arrogance of the left has manifested itself again. The concept that people can make an informed decision based upon many factors is just to much for some to comprehend it would seem.

God, it’s like Crufts in here.

Interesting dynamic occurring around my bird table . A few days ago I noticed a wood pigeon and a collared dove scrapping . They would fly at each other trying to gain poll position at the table . After about two days it seems the smaller collared dove has come out on top . They sit a few inches apart on the fence and the woody now waits until the dove has finished before having its turn . Never come across this before . Anyone else ?

Try getting a deeply religious person to accept evolution as scientific fact - like trying to flog a dead horse
-
I'll try to find a LinxedIn screenshot. That might penetrate the conditioning.
-
Conditioned 😂😂😂😂 Now let’s think about those reeducation camps 🤔a favourite of the left. You are thinking wrong 😂😂
-
Actually watched the video - what sit and listen for the whole 40 mins without thinking 'bollox, lies, absolute rubbish?' Once a person has been condition to think in a certain way they have no time for oppising viewpoints, let alone 40 minutes

It doesn't stop at any kind of news bias though does it, there's the feckin rip off licence fee, sending threatening letters to everyone who don't watch their bullsh1t or want to, threats of home invasion, and court appearances and don't get me started on the power trip enforcement cnuts who they employ to harass people. then there's the number of pedophiles, sexual predators and other feckin' weirdos they hide, even long after they are repeatedly reported, it's nothing more than a sinister organisation rife with corruption and secrets.

I mainly judge by my personal experiences. I have spent entire nights in our local A&E with my elderly mother, being ignored, while she spews her guts out. One occasion she went to the hospital on her own and it was left to other patients and their friends/relatives to help her as she struggled with acute pain. Yes sometimes the NHS works great, I am aware of that, but in my area it is a lottery to say the least. If I or any of my family need emergency help now we will either go to Bristol or Cardiff as the service in the local hospitals is just so poor. It may be better for you if you are in England - don't forget that in Wales we have had muppets managing the health services for 25 years or so. My dad was let down badly by his GP and then when he had a fall at home he could not summon help and when the neighbours raised the alarm it was too late. If his GP had actually seen him instead of just giving him repeat prescription month after month he might still be here. My wife had a terrible battle with our local GP to get her mum assessed for dementia. Finally after eighteen months she got referred, and the memory clinic said there would have been more help available for her Alzheimer's if they had seen her earlier. I could go on, but in my area health services are terrible and don't work. Also bear in mind that there are many alternative funding systems available. NHS Wales has a budget of £9 billion. The best part of one billion of that goes on free prescriptions. This is partly a waste of money, and if they followed the model in England (where it is means tested) they might be able to afford one or two more nurses in my local A&E (it works out the Newport area spends £53 million on free prescriptions - if even a tenth of them had to be paid for that could potentially pay for an extra 40 nurses and thirty nursing assistants). Why do we in Wales give everyone free prescriptions? And that is just one example of terrible waste - I bet there are more... As for the BBC, I think they make a lot of good programmes, and I love listening to the cricket on the BBC radio. But what I object to is having no choice but to fund them. I think they have a very strong political agenda. So do many other organisations - but I choose not to fund them if I don't agree with their point. Why am I forced to pay for the BBC? If the funding model changed to subscription then as long as lots of people like the output they would still be well funded.

Well done. I don't know if it makes any difference, but I use a bit more two stroke oil in aftermarket pistons and cylinders, especially the first tank.

So, on the BBC. It's clearly not perfect, far from it on some occasions. In terms of impartial and balanced news portrayal though it's got to be up there with the best of them. Fox News, GB News, The Morning Star, Daily Mirror, Daily Mail - seriously? Not many countries, if any, have anything in the same league. Again comparing to the US, which seems to be aspirational, it's way above anything they've got. Bottom line: if the BBC is slated by the right wing as being too Left and slated by the left wing as being too Right, then it must be somewhere near the middle.

Learn the difference between I could or I have. Assuming makes an !! The “ you’ve missed the point “ or “ you don’t get it “ is wheeled out so often by the enlightened left it’s starting to look a bit like the ist or ism accusations 🥱 Those peaceful gunmen at the bus stop this morning got the point though in the end 👍👍
