They're more pissed off about being bullied by their neighbour than they are about the tree itself. -
It does self seed all over the place so I would have thought it would be hard to tell if it was planted deliberately. At least it's not a bamboo. -

That is indeed a great photo. I imagine he's using it on his website. It's a says-it-all photo. He's getting the job. Mick surmises correctly. Logo. Inspiration and then my artist can draw from it. Can't be nicking other people's photos directly.
