type a trousers for forestry

Right in need of some new trousers shortly for hand cutting, ive had pretty much everything on market and last 2 pairs were sip and pfanner gladiators.

what are peoples recommendations for cutting in 6 days a week?

Pfanner are the most comfy.. worth the money when you consider how much time is spent in them and I like the tick guards.

Have you had a look at the engelburt Strauss £110 ish comfy and got copped vent zips up the back of the legs

I really rate the Stihl Foreswear Hiflex. mine have lasted ages, though admittedly i am not cutting 6 days a week.

I know the pfanners have done me good just quality seems to be hit and miss in regards to zips, not seen the engleburts any opinions on husky technicals?

My Gladiators 2s have been very good. Only downside is the zips.

The last pair of Husky functionals I bought lasted really well and weren't dear.

 

I keep thinking I shold get a fresh pair but they just keep going. Only had to do a bit of stiching round the nuts once or twice but every pair of saw kegs I've had have needed the same.

Wearing hi flex stihl right now, in them anything from 3-6 days a week and there comfy. Feel thin on the bum and back but there holding up well. Also the pockets are useable and stay dust free

I use sip innovation 2 type A's. The most lightweight chainsaws trousers around with mesh vents of the back of the knees. Downside is the zips ain't great on them. However mine are all holding up, my bosses have all gone and I no of a few others complaining about them.

I'll probably get another pair when needed as there such lightweight trousers. Feels like your wearing trackies.
