  6. I have the antique Greenmech ChipMaster CM202MT40 and do have a good copy of the OM for it. However I need to purchase a new starter motor for the machine and am wondering if there is anyone out there that could either give me the details I need for the starter motor or if they have a parts diagram for my antique beast? There is little available online so if anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately there is absolutely no detail on the part itself. Thanks.

Greenmech 19-28 SAFE-Trak Tracked Woodchipper 8" 2018 Model MKII, still under warranty until June. ** A few people have asked what’s wrong with the chipper and why are we selling it. There’s nothing wrong with the chipper it’s spot on and works perfectly. If you have any problems, contact me and I’ll help sort it out. We are selling due to not having used it for quite a while and we are now focusing on other works - mainly civils and rope access. We may have been able to get it out on long term hire but that never materialised, therefore pointless keeping it ** Any questions let me know. Only 287 Hours! Regularly serviced. In very good condition, see photos and feel free to inspect and see working. Warn Tabor 8K Winch with new cable. Has cable remote control and Bluetooth wireless remote unit. Spare set of blades and some new filters. DataTagged Professionally fitted genuine Tracker Fantastic machine that will chip well all day long. £23000 +VAT Also have a 2018 Ifor Williams Plant Trailer GH1054BT with spare wheel. Tyres all good and overall good condition. This has a built in VHF genuine tracker. £1700 +VAT

  8. Hi Everyone I am looking for help My GreenMech 150 has developed a feeding issue stops feeding after around 5 or 10 minutes of use then starts again after a little while I have found the Hydraulic valve forward feed roller coil to be the culprit partnumber #PQC 160-6-9018 unfortunately GreenMech has stopped dispatching parts for the hols and won't be starting until the 5th of Jan again does anyone know of a alternative that can be used? Many thanks Flo
  9. Greenmech 150 Wood Chipper stolen 3rd June from Mapplewell, Barnsley circa 3pm. White Ford Transit van (newer style) caught on CCTV camera. Obviously bit of a long shot but wanted to put it out there.
  10. Looking for a spares/repairs machine to source parts from for our poorly 2006 19-28 roadtow (snapped driveshaft:( ), if anyone knows of one. Thanks in advance, Phil
  11. Evening all, My little cs100 is suffering from a real lack of power (even compared to normal) It was out on a job 2 days ago and performed admirably. Now it has very little power and blocks/stalls on branches that would normally pose little problem. Fuel is the same as before so Im sure thats OK. Anvil gap is a touch on the large side but has been for a while. It starts up fine. Air filter seems ok. Any ideas where to start trouble shooting? @Jase hutch
  12. We have a requirement for 2 x tracked wood chippers, 1 x 6" and 1 x 8" or similar for the weekend 24th/25th March just North of Glasgow. Please either call me on 07837 741502 or email [email protected]. Many thanks
  13. where is this wire supposed to go? Machine works just fine without it!
  14. Evening all Just thought I would come on here and introduce myself. My name is Andrew, I cover the groundcare machinery sales for Lloyd Ltd in the Northeast of England. As I am sure many of you are already aware we have recently taken on the Greenmech franshise. We have a great bunch of lads working at the depot, lots of different product to see and a kettle that is always on lol so feel free to call in, be great to hear from you. Will always do our best to help. Andy
  15. Any 6inch to 7.5inch tracked chippers sat idle that no1 is using? Needs to be tiltbed or SAFETRACK for embankment work. Any condition considered up to £7k to spend. Tel 07429440829
  16. A few weeks ago I was using the greenmech chipper and it's suddenly started knocking quite badly and chuffing out loads of oil smoke. So I had the engine out, found an inlet valve was stuck open, and corresponding push rod bent. I replaced the valve and push rod and put back together with new gasket set. With the engine now back installed it starts and runs without knocking and all seems fine (runs with no smoke at all) until you get up to the very high revs where it suddenly just starts chucking out massive clouds of blue smoke. This engine has no oil ways through the head so cannot be head gasket, it is now fitted with new valve stem seals, so by my reckoning I have buggered rings? Any advice or experience with similar issue is appreciated, thanks,
  17. I've got a greenmech 150/25 with the shredder on the side. I'm Pretty sure I've found all the other grease points but how do you grease the top roller bearing. I can't even see the bearing. It appears that the bearing should be under the dash panel, I've undone the dash and pulled it back but the bearing doesn't seem to be where I was expecting to see it? Anyone got experience with this machine?
  18. Hi guys, just bought a cm202 8" chipper and was wondering if anyone had a pdf manual for them or knows of where I could get one. Was going to call greenmech but they don't open again until jan 5th. Thanks John
  19. Advice needed please... I have recently bought a GM220 and after 3 hrs use the rollers are stuck in full in feed position. Any ideas???? Also does anyone know the RAL code for GM or a similar coloured shade of Agricultural enamel... Thanks Matty
  20. Anyone bought on of these? Came out September. They are the guts of the Quadchip (apprently) with a less than 750kg weight. Interested in any reviews. Thanks
  21. Just thought I would share this and say a big thanks to the lads at Greenmech. Yesterday I called Gmech to Enquired about a replacement reset button for a 2001 EC150 chipper. I was advised that a new box was £170 plus the dreaded etc. I advised that I only needed the button not a complete box. I was advised this is a discontinued part but perhaps there was something they could do...Peter advised he would put me through to someone in the workshops (I believe it was) and I spoke with a very helpful guy who said he would see if there were any old switches laid about. I had a call from Gmech about an hr or so later and Peter asked my address for the switch to be sent to...."how much?" I asked, "no problem, we will send it out"..."eh, no charge"..."no!" So a switch sent at Gmechs expense to me within 24hrs! BEAT THAT TIMBERWOLF, JENSEN, SCHLIESING ET AL!!! Ps I did some research after the fact via eBay and you can still find the switches under telemecanique.

  23. I am trying to get hold of a Jo beau m300. I have a previous thread saying I am also looking out for the greenmech cs100. Wondered if anyone had either for sale. Wanna be in the wee chipper club. Think I am leaning toward the Jo beau. Sorry stevie have read all of you posts on Gloria!!! And there are a few Cash waiting any distance as long as the machine is in good working order Thanks guys
  24. Hi I have recently been finding my own work on weekends, great. But as I have no chipper I have to hire one from chippertech in old Newton suffolfk. Daniel there does me a great deal but I just can't put this cost on to a little local job where a chipper is needed. The customer will not pay the sort of money I need to charge. And as we all know they will not wait till I can string a few small ones together One solution is to buy a hydrolic chipper, but my budget will not cater for a half decent one. The other my favoured option is to get a cs100 and when a big job comes in hire one from Daniel@chipper tech Thoughts and offers of cs100's please.
  25. hello for sale is our greenmech cm220 55hp 9 inch chipper it was born in 2003 and has only done 430 hours it has a 360 degree turntable which is perfect for the awkward jobs where space is limited.. it has served us well and the only reason we are getting rid of her is because buisness is a bit slow down in devon and we are going to downgrade to an older smaller model. . as i mentioned the chipper is in devon and veiwings are welcome. . we are looking for about £7000 for her and a part ex with an older/smaller chipper would be considered. . any more info give me a ring on 07532105871 or private message me. . cheers
