  1. Love them saws lol old chuggers but they get the task done just like my old chugger of a defender built to last 👍
  2. I don’t think you can knock the echo saws I think there giving stihl and husqvarna a run for there 💰 👍
  3. I get the speed factor and the weight factor but I don’t like the Chuck it away get a new one lol 😂 it’s a bit like the house hold appliances they don’t last five mins I like to get my money’s worth you could call me a tite bast### 😂
  4. I don’t think the new Stihl and husqvarna saws are made to the same quality as the old saws. In my opinion the old ones was made to last the new ones build quality isn’t the same I don’t no what other folks think but in my opinion quality has gone down hill and the price of things has gone through the roof. I don’t think we buy the same quality. Don’t no what you guys think. 👍

  10. Have a read of that a lot of words lol but a good read you can control some birds under a general license as long as you have got just cause you can control by destroying nests. Just thought some folks might find this interesting.
  11. Date of issue: 1 January 2021. Legal basis of this licence This general licence permits activities that would otherwise be criminal offences under Part 1 of the 1981 Act[footnote 1]. The Secretary of State[footnote 2] has issued this general licence under powers in section 16(1)(j) and (k), and (5), of the 1981 Act. This licence covers situations where the Secretary of State is satisfied that there is no other satisfactory solution as regards the species and purposes that this licence covers. As required by section 16 of the 1981 Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with Natural England as to the circumstances in which, in their opinion, general licences should be granted and Natural England has given this advice to the Secretary of State. The Secretary of State can modify or revoke this licence at any time. The Secretary of State will not do so, unless there are good reasons. Purpose of this licence This licence allows you to carry out activities in relation to certain species of wild birds[footnote 3], for the purposes of preventing serious damage to livestock, foodstuffs for livestock, crops, vegetables, fruit, fisheries or inland waters.   15. Well said mate. If we could help everyone understand why things have to be managed. a lot of people probably don’t even no what a squirrel is or what it looks like never mind what damage they do. Ok 👍
  16. They do as much damage as grey squirrels. Apart from they don’t damage the trees. But they do damage other wildlife.

  18. They taste 👅 beautiful fenn traps in a box on the tree or on the ground Or shooting them on a bait station is the way to go but will always be a on going battle. But I wouldn’t like to see everyone eradicated. We wouldn’t have anything to watch and wouldn’t ever have anything to hunt and eat. 👍

  21. Yes mate I’ve even gone to the extent of putting a new 28” bar and chain on I’ve changed the oil pump the worm and new oil pipe and filter I’ve tried turning the oiler up and still no luck mate. 😓
  22. You can see a trickle when the bar and chain isn’t on the saw.
