    Try a flush out tank with some petrol or strip the oiler down and clean it . mine had a small piece of wood chip stuck and caused similar issue

    stormsures ok on interior wader repairs .but in my experience jst rubs off on exterior repairs

    why worry unless it leaks . most repair glue will jst rub off toe caps of the boots if in regular use
