  1. Just by the yard, apologies for the bad camera work. Watch the gate til the end... ???[emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  2. Could put some 2x2 like stickers on the top and beams on top of those running length ways. All strapped to stop warping. [emoji106]
  3. If someone turned up to my site with one of those, I'd send the twat home. No-one uses this shyt. Just hobby firewood cutters. [emoji20]
  4. Exactly. Move it if you can. Cut it up in situ if you can't. Much easier moving 250-500kg slabs than 10 ton trees. [emoji106]
  5. Apologies. I'm just an angry twat. I lived in Berlin in 92. You anywhere near prenzlauberg? Saul
  6. Facing losing everything. A million businesses are going under, In 3 months tens of thousands of families will be made homeless. And you're on here bragging about a claim?
  7. I'm self employed, my wife is too. We rent. We don't have savings. Wife worked as childcare for two doctors looking after 2 young babies and 2 children at the same time. Her list of constantly refreshed quals is ridiculous. Gets £9 an hour. 20 hours ish a week. I've been building a business from literally nothing. Invested everything I could afford and more. Yesterday I tried to sign on universal credit. Yeah it's that bad. But they presume everyone is an employee and want month by month earnings for last 18 months. Fir self employed grant need 3 years books. I'm really bad at tax returns. I declare everything. So I actually earn very little on paper and in reality. However from what I understand, it's still possible to continue a business whilst on UC. Got a feeling we won't be getting any support from the government. So I'm actively looking for any tree work still. And yes it is depressing as fuck.
  8. Interesting thread, You have a wide range of raw materials. The woodlands 130 is a good entry level bandsaw. I'd reccomend some form of chainsaw mill fir the really big stuff. Have a look at horizon panther mills of the logosol wide slabber. Marketing your end product is often the biggest challenge. It's a job in itself. I mainly sell wholesale, as it's so much less drama. Also your wholesale clients will actually know what they are buying.... [emoji106]

  11. Yep fake shit. Why isn't there any other photos? "We will send you photos in 24hrs" Cos it's a fake copy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dangerous shit with no CE. Avoid like the corona!!!!
  12. I actually paid a friend who runs a media business to get 1000 followers on Instagram. All in industry, arb, milling, woodworkers etc. Had various consultations and continuous support. Paid for itself in 6 weeks. I'd highly recommend this guy: Jack Moore [email protected] Mention Arbtalk and RoughHewn for a discount. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  13. The missus and I are both going to claim universal credit tomorrow. We were both self employed. Hopefully I'll find bits of private work.
  14. Got all next week free. And the next...
  15. Yeah, works for me. I'd highly recommend it for businesses and it's free. Just need to invest time. Portfolio and shop! RoughHewnUK [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  16. Spat tea on floor. Thanks Steve. ???[emoji106]
  17. Yeah, paid off a lot of bills, bought some old machinery, paid a lot of rent, insurance and a decent wage to subbies. Just earn enough to keep my 20yr old transit on the road and the wolf from the door.
