    Sugar

You get enough sugar from food without the need to add any extra. If you need sugar in a brew reduce your intake by half a spoon for a week, continue this until your on zero sugar you’ll not look back. It’s hard to avoid in food but if you eat fresh and healthy you’ll be ok.
  2. There carrying on though as is and in a lot of countries the damage is already done. We will have a trade deal with them in or out plus we’ll have trade deals with others so we’ll be ok. If you convert to a brexiteer it will kill 2 birds with 1 stone, the brexit thread and also it will prove we have free will?
  3. @VespasianIf they become done in your mind/opinion, will it be a positive that we have left first? Head start on stabilisation and prosper so to speak?
  4. Thing is .... didn’t regulation change in the UK to stop ethnicity and religion being used as a measuring stick for crime? Could be wrong on that but I’m sure I read it somewhere so correlation could be difficult also that 8000 number is utter tosh! I’m not far from @Vespasian geographically speaking which is nowhere near where immigrants are being brought in yet immigrants where using a popular hotel chain as temporary accommodation until housed in different parts of the country the numbers passing through where mind blowing! 8000 for the whole country is way off the truth.
  5. You’ll be team Brexit before you know it As you where Vesp, as you where
  6. Have you been @Vespasian?
  7. Given that I’m not religious and these books are written by scores of people from different times I’m party to not believing them at all. They make people feel warm and fuzzy and serve a purpose so I have no problem with any religion but for me faith is something you find in people not a book.
  8. I’m glad your asking the questions, your use of words is much better than how I’d approach asking for basically more.
  9. Do you see yourself differently now vesp?
  10. Shit Ti almost confused you for a wordsmith there! I’d say that’s far from clumsy.
  11. According to those who believe in god though if he’d have stepped in he removes your free will. Gods gift to humanity is free will, didn’t it start with an iPhone I mean Apple?! That’s not my argument btw as I’m the least religious person I know.
  12. I agree re outputs being reactionary to the inputs and what it sees however inputs can be controlled via your senses, if you don’t want to see something shut your eyes or look elsewhere your visual inputs have then stopped/changed. Touch is much the same as well as hearing, if you don’t want to listen to the world when running for example you can put headphones in and listen to music therefore changing the inputs of sound. People have a choice in topics to learn and as to that end store information they feel they may need. People who build memory palaces are manipulating their brain to store maximum info that they deem necessary. @Vespasian comes across as someone who takes interest in a topics sake for nothing other than interest, no exam to pass no real point other than it interests him, he doesn’t have too but he chooses to spend hours researching said topic, choosing to store that info not for need but enjoyment. If everything was automated you wouldn’t be able to instantly dismiss a subject. They say dont choose a book by its cover yet if we where automated it wouldn’t matter what book we read only that we where feeding that automated sensation of needing to read yet we don’t just pick anything up as we are a choosey bunch we look for something that interests us rather than read anything, that strikes me as a manual input to feed an automated output.
  13. If there was no free will why would your brain let you find out? It is conning you after all into thinking there is and patting you on the back surely if your brain was 100% automated it wouldn’t allow you (essentially as there is no you) to find out that it doesn’t exist. Does it take free will to discover there is no free will?
  14. http://portal.treebuzz.com/where-should-friction-be-in-our-rope-rigging-systems-672 I thought this made an interesting read.
  15. X rings or safebloc will put friction at the top.
  16. Your probably right however I’d change zero for shit! Nor am I deluded or blinded by the EU machine.
  17. Oh well you must be right . . . .
  18. What happens when that pilots not very good and the firm he works for ain’t very good either, like monarch? Good analogy.
  19. You do realise more of the population voted out than in. These experts casted votes too so statically and by probability there are more experts who votes out than in. Just saying.
  20. Hahum.
  21. You do realise there’s as many so called experts backing brexit than those not. Was it the CBI who have just admitted there forecasts where wrong and we are doing a lot better than expected.
  22. Not at all. What would happen if you if you decided to quit work and stay at home with no income? Could you choose to do so? Yes. Will you? Probably not is that you controlling your life? Yes. Is control and free will the same?
  23. It’s not about reading it as that states your believing what your told so you’ll have no free will as your told you don’t. Its more how you feel as to what you believe. This is why I only used this thread as a guide to look within. Now I know what I believe I’ll start on the videos for both sides of the debate however I doubt it will change what I believe as I have my answers from soul searching not google and YouTube searching.
