  1. That's great and I'll go on using the accepted alternative. Again, you chose the version you prefer, makes no odds to me.
  2. scroat scroat (English) Noun scroat (pl. scroats) Alternative spelling of scrote Noun[edit] scroat (plural scroats) Alternative spelling of scrote As I said, you chose.
  3. Its almost a pity their biggest supporter here is no longer around.
  4. Since 2021 the SNP have lost over 30,000 members, that’s down by a whopping 25%! The scroat then lied about it.
  5. I’m big into reading Sci-fi, in fact I’m on the third instalment of Adrian Tchaikovskys Children series right now. Amazing books. Obviously I love Sci-fi movies as well. Never knew the Everything movie was one although I’ll not be rushing to watch it. 😁 Watched Dune again last night. I really hope they make the second one.
  6. From watching the news just now being freelance changes nothing and he was still representing and working for the BBC and had been repeatedly told to stop and that he was subject to the rules.
  7. The BBC is supposedly meant to remain impartial as are its employees. It’s in his contract to STFU but he repeatedly refuses to do so. The BBC had little choice but to drop him. And quite right too.
  8. I know a bunch of folk not wanting to have others “snooping” on their every move. I have it in my phone and only remember I do when the missus messages tell me and tells me to grab X&Y at Tesco.
  9. Does he get to award his father or recommend him and a separate panel makes the decision?
  10. In Norway? No. You obviously don’t get a phone signal but the internet is as fast as at home. In my case faster as my home Wi-fi is crap. Can steam movies from your cabin. Everyone has a phone in their cabin that you can call international numbers.
  11. I can live and work within the EU with my family (if I wish) (I don’t) unhindered til 2025.Then I’d need to apply again to live/work in the EU. For me my residence card just saves me getting a stamp in my passport each time I come to work but the smug satisfaction of skipping the “Brexit” line and saving an hour (at least) at border over the disgusting c*nts that (vocally) voted to to remain is sweet sweet music to my ears.
  12. Hey Les. I (regrettably) volunteered to do a trip in the U.K. sector earlier this year. To say it was a step back in time is an understatement. To think this is what folk in the U.K. come to believe is an acceptable wage it’s little wonder those in Arb here are happy accepting this without question
  13. I got a card. Why don’t you get one too?
  14. Sawlogs are not firewood logs….. if it’s a chain reaction it’s a very bizarre one considering sawlog prices have halved of late. If you’re right then roll on war. I’ll be paying £20 a ton for oak Sawlogs because war is pushing up firewood prices. 🤣🙄
  15. Why would a war in Eastern Europe affect the price of sawlogs in the U.K.?
  16. Is 20” unusual? I’m about the same just a bit further south than the op with clay under as well.
  17. Cracking bowl. Flooring looks too far gone for my liking.
  18. Like everything it’s the work involved to get to a finished viable product. If it was that easy we’d all be doing it
  19. Classic! Weird how life imitates art though.
