  2. 3 and half year with the predator 38 rx. I must admit breakdown been due to my own stupidity in service. Leaving gaps so grind material could reach belts. Machine been amazing if you ignore my mistakes. Only 2 jobs I not been able to do. Agility is supreme.   4. Get a job, work harder compared to anyone, get recognition, I don't think your own climbing gear will make you more employable unless it's for a short employment. If one is good The employers will invest if trust is there. I have tried to employ folks but get put off with all the demands. Folks want this and isn't available when needed.   11. My thought is to create a real health and safety environmental approach. Not just to get a ticket or some approval, im thinking of a approach beyond what's expected, create a cash flow allowing this to materialise. All around me I see wind power growing, the future is in full view. I do believe I get the support from clients specially government bodies, to exist within such approach and get the contracts needed and even inspire others to follow.   17. I been searching for vaste bins in a size to suit the back of a van, so work force easy can bin it in , plastic / general vaste etc. Can't find anything.   18. Great ideas, just got the van I have. But my mind changed towards environmental approach so must change it. Fumes from machines is indeed a big problem.   19. It is mainly, husqvarna battery pack driven tools, and a better smarter van im thinking of. I do trees sometimes. Battery driven stump grinder I feel the market should try to develop. The future is environmentally friendly approach in a safe manner. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  20. Anyone else here thinking of or already do take a serious approach towards environmental friendly tools, smarter working standards, simply make a small footprint.
