Do the illegal migrants have superpowers where they can walk through walls? Or maybe they can fly over? Hard borders work.... Hungary installed a lot of fences and the number of migrants entering greatly reduced....

I think walls are only one part of the solution to keeping people out. I stayed in the Middle East. I would buy the local newspaper and there would be articles about the authorities deporting illegals. They would hire a ferry and simply ship them back to India/ Pakistan. You would get a picture of a couple hundred illegals sat on the floor of a warehouse wearing plastic handcuffs, you'd also get a picture of a policeman with a machine gun guarding them. Europe should start deporting the illegals the same way. Go into Paris and Calais and arrest/ deport all the people living in tents.

We've had 50 years of mainstream politicians telling us multiculturalism was a wonderful thing with absolutedly no disadvantages. We've also had 50 years of politicans and the media telling us anyone questioning immigration was a "dirty racist" and a "nazi". It's good that we all seem to now acknowledge multiculturalism was a mistake. Le Pen wants hard european borders. That seems a good start to the "immigration crisis".

We all know that some migrants are hardworking and a benefit to the country. Howver we also know that some are trash. The person arrested with a bag of knives in London was born abroad.... If your single argument for mass immigration is that "a muslim surgeon works in the NHS" it's an absolutedly terrible argument... The evidence I've seen is that mass immigration has made the UK a poorer and more dangerous country. Which brings us back to Le Pen... Let's reduce immigration, especially from the third world.

Maybe where you are multiculturalism is working fine and I'm genuinely happy for you. However in Europe it's not working well and we're getting terrorist attacks on a monthly/ weekly basis.

To be fair some people deserve to have their thoughts torn to shreds. Or do you think "respecting and including" terrorists into society will make them stop killing us? Or maybe you also think that stopping terrorists come to Europe will have no impact on terrorism in Europe? When you're in a hole you should stop digging. Third world migration hasn't worked, we should all just admit that and stop allowing more of them in. We should just start listening to the right wing. They were right when they warned 50 years ago that migration would bring "rivers of blood". They were also right when they warned 15 years ago that mass sexual abuse was being carried out in Northern towns....

Maybe if people don't follow the "rules" of being British they shouldn't be able to use the NHS etc... My brother knew someone that went to London to fix a fridge in a store. He was wearing a red poppy. A "Brit" of ethnic extraction spat on him because he was wearing a poppy. I'll be honest, that "Brit" just shouldn't be in Britain. I know you'll get all offended that I think he shouldn't be in Britain. However I think most people here would agree he doesn't have British values and shouldn't be here....

I think it really depends if they've made efforts to adopt British values...

If a cat is born in a stable does that mean it's a horse? I think many people can become "British" even though their parents are foreign. However I think most people here would agree that just because someone was born here doesn't mean they are British.

Tbh, I don't know what to do with "foreigners" that are already here or were born here. I would say that there was never a democratic mandate to invite them into the country. Politicians simply decided to start letting foreigners into the country without asking the electorate. I personally think that politicains shouldn't have the power to change the ethnic (or religous) make up of a country because they feel like it.... The Brits were kicked out the Commonwealth countries and that was deemed morally acceptable...

^^ this Mankind has has some terrible ideas over the centuries. We used to believe that witches were real and flew broomsticks, we used to believe lightning was caused by angry gods. Lol, we even used to think mullets were cool haircuts! Thinking that inviting people from some of the most violent and medieval cultures into Europe was a good idea has clearly had it's day. The people saying third world migration is good for Europe are the same type of person that thought the earth was flat.

I love arguing with people like you! Islamic State have said they are putting terrorists in amongst the migrants flooding to Greece.... Do you bother locking the door of your house? Or do you lock your tools away? There's really not any point as burglars will just steal your stuff anyway. You might as well just leave all your valuables on the pavement outside your house.

I think we all agree that the migrants come to Europe for a better life. However do the migrants make life better for Europeans… Looking at the evidence regarding migrants committing crimes and being a drain to the taxpayer I’d suggest not…. And that’s before you consider terrorism.. I had a lot of family in India. However my ethnicity is 100% British. We’ve bent over backwards to be accommodating to migrants. To be frank the only way to keep Muslim extremists happy is to become a Muslim state, adopt Sharia Law and start persecuting homosexuals….The British people never voted to allow mass immigration into the UK. No political party has had a party manifesto that said “we will allow mass immigration in from the third world”. Well places like the Middle East deal with Islamic Extremists this way: They have a secret police force that locks up people without trial. They torture extremists in prison to get confessions. Terrorists are routinely sentenced to death. Israel deal with extremists this way: If a military officer considers someone a threat they are locked up for years. The families of terrorists are persecuted ie family homes are bombed and family members are denied travel documents. Israel also pressurises people to “grass” up terrorists by withholding medical treatment. These aren’t nice practices to follow. However letting extremists walk the streets of Europe until they decide to go on a killing spree isn’t a good solution either. I think most people here agree that integration has failed miserable. I just don’t see how letting more migrants in is a good idea.

Do you not think they marginalise themselves? When I see a woman in a full face veil I basically think she's dancing on the graves of the women that campaigned for the rights of women to vote. Do you not think Muslims should condemn terrorist acts carried out in their name a little bit more? Consider Charlie Hebdo, dozens of journalists killed and 3,000 Muslims protest in London to condemn the cartoons....

We all accept that something's in modern life contain risk. For instance when we fly abroad on holiday we accept the 0.0001% chance the plane crashes and you die. We're happy with that risk as the prospect of two weeks on a beach looking at girls bending over is worth the tiny risk of a plane crash. However what positives do we have from third world immigration? OK, they make some nice food... however the positives they bring are outweighed by the terrorism and constant demands to accept their customs...

Why does Japan and South America have virtually no islamic terrorism? Ohh, I just remembered, it's because they haven't spent the last 50 years inviting muslims into their countries. Do you have a method of finding out the migrants that will become terrorists? Or even a method of telling the migrants that will have children that become terrorists? I think most people reading this know that third world migration has made Europe a more dangerous place. Why do we want more of it? You just don't care if europeans get killed in terrorist attacks.

Do you really believe the people commiting terrorist attacks are "mentally unstable"? Why do you not get Christians commiting terrorist attacks while shouting "Praise the Lord"? Why is it virtually only muslims that become "mentally unstable" and go on killing sprees? Le Pen think terrorism can be reduced by reducing islamic immigration.

How about we club together to send some Arbtalk users on a fact finding trip to Syria to see what it's like living in an Islamic country? I vote for "Two Acres" and "Rough Hewn".
