  2. they look very well made and will get through a narrow access, just wondering the price?? its the 3 year warranty thats appealing also.
  3. Thanks for that info. Sent from Outerspace.
  4. Sorry. Wonder how it compares to the quadtrack? I would prefer the tilt and swivel of the quadtrack but I like the width of the forst and the build quality and 3 year warranty. What's the cost? PM if you want. Thanks Sent from Outerspace.
  5. Hi all, anyone got a TR16 as I'm looking at getting a new chipper and would like the lowdown on these machines. Their website make them look awesome but are they really? Thanks for any help you can give. Sent from Outerspace.
  6. Has anyone got a quadtrack 160? What's it like? I am looking at getting a new chipper and want to look at all options. Everyone raves about these being better that a TW150 VTR but are they? They look a lot wider so access could be an issue for me. I would like to have input from people who use them. Also I heard that they struggle to blow into a van if on the trailer?? Thanks for your input. Sent from Outerspace.
  7. I thought it can be variable?? Oh well that's ok then. I'm going to be looking into a new grinder them. HB20 or SP2010??? Sent from Outerspace.
  8. I think the final sentence sums up finance. It's ok saying money is cheap but unless you have it on a fixed interest rate then you might run into trouble down the line. If you can afford it then it is a must. Sent from Outerspace.
  9. There is a guy near us that sells them, I got a hundred and it sold well. Sent from Outerspace.
  10. Mine has loads replaced as it has worn out due to the hard life it gets, this is because it is perfect for Arb work in MY situation. I had a transit before I switched to landrovers but the best thing I did was change. Sent from Outerspace.
  11. I have had 2 and my current 130 is great, I can get it in tight places and woods, fields etc not trouble. I have loads of places to tip chip around my area so even though I may tip off more than a transit or canter owner it aint an issue for me. Mine has a tool box runs along the side of the chip body and I can carry say 4 cube (mine is a crew cab) its perfect for log deliverys. It will tow heavy trailers 3.5t capacity. It isn't the most economic vehicle with the body being a box its about 25 mpg, repairs and parts can be expensive but you can't have your cake and eat it. Sent from Outerspace.
  12. I love my timber wolf so bollocks to you haters! Sent from Outerspace.

  18. I just tried it out and its good, the carabiner broke though:(. Apart from that its great. Sent from Outerspace.
  19. Finance is fine if you can meet the payments, when and if quiet times come it can be a right pain in the butt. I speak from experience. I am now finance free and its far nicer. Sent from Outerspace.

  25. As the others have said your mate wants to have his cake and eat it, the tax man aint daft and in his eyes what your mate is doing is wrong. He is the job keeper and you guys are working through his instruction therefore he should have EL and PL to cover all eventualities. Sent from Outerspace.
