Read this...Windows Mail: setting up an account from start to finish Then find your current details by going to your current e.mail -inbox say- Click on tools on the toolbar Click on accounts in the ddbox click on Mail of the tabs that appear in the new box which will give your e.mail Then properties at the right hand side Then Servers of the tabs that appear in that box That will give you your POP3,pop and smte details that the first bit which you just read told you what to do with.
