  3. Quite healthy really,at work; sandwiches fruit oat bars choc bars crisps.. Ok it went down hill towards the end a bit. Porridge for breky roast dinners Italian Indian evening meals etc....
  4. Not losing it but also not putting on and feel shot when weekend arrives..
  5. Thing is I'm not a huge chap so I don't consume huge amounts at a sitting, I need to look into high cal little and often stuff! 4/5000 a day!!
  6. To be honest come weekend I'm shafted, I enjoy cycling, running and the like but just feel knackered. I've done 30 miles or so this weekend and will no doubt feel it this week. Oh and it makes me cranky!! :-) I just manage to maintain weight my weight. A light racing snake 10st.4lb
  7. Here's one for ya! (Whitesnake live in the heart of the city) sorry off on one then :-)) So how many calories do you guys recon someone with a high metabolism burns a day when climbing or being groundie all day?? I've worked out I consume around 2600 a day. What do you recon, is that enough???
  8. It burns but needs at least 18/24 months seasoning. Burns quite fast too.

  11. It just wasn't having it today, like a bar of soap. Re pollarded a maple and reduced a Apple instead.

  13. [ATTACH]146520[/ATTACH] Bit of repollarding on some limes, couple reductions and 2 birch to fell and remove. Little Steve's bandit is a good tool. We did the graft while he messed with the limes ;-) nice work Steve

  18. I was climbing that beech for around 4 hrs so not done too bad, a full day would have seen it.
