  1. It can go in the kiln to dry the rest of it or sell it ,as you say.
  2. Don't know how you boys do it, but the bloke with the processor said there was 15 grands worth there too. There is a bit more than that in the pictures . I have enough bags to fill and intend to air dry them and kiln dry them in the autumn to finish them off.
  3. That is another option Mrs Tumpy. Thanks.
  4. Cheers mate. Looks like I had the answer all along. I spoke with a fella who has just bought a Farmi and said he would hire it for £200 a day if I helped him. He was not sure how long it would take though. If it can be done in four days, it has to be a bargain . Will have a look at Steve too. I can cut it up ready for him if it would save time ,even though it would mean double handling.
  5. Can lay my hands on a tractor , have a MF 30 E and a 22 ton splitter that is a bit tedious. Also have a Polish screw splitter that I destroyed but can be repaired. I think the wedge was incorrectly installed . There is a fair bit of wood there ,more than in the photo.Could be as much as 100 cube.
  6. Not sure Jon , but you can lift the rear off the ground easily.
  7. Bit wet for that... I have a match for you...
  8. Would a processor handle this lot? Or how would you approach it?
  9. I like the Michelin because of the really stiff sidewall , they can run very low pressures without showing it
  10. None on my phone John , I will put some up for you . Got the Fenland Wildfowlers AGM tomorrow, so it may be Sunday before I stand agin her again
  11. I have one of them there yellow 30 E things. Mine is a Tractaire with no three point linkage and a front loader. Mine is light on the back end a struggles for grip even with ballasted rear tyres.Needs weight on the back really. Don't know about the oil flow for a splitter but the loader is pretty powerful .
  12. Thank you for your replies. I had a set of five from a mate ,with wolf wheels , for £350 . They were on my Hicap when she got chored , so I want some more but they seem expensive . Seems like I had a good deal and did not know it
  13. While I don't rate current Navaras' I have to say their customer service has been very good with my Boss and his two trucks. He also has a crashguy, which has been excellent.
  14. Does anyone know the best place to get these from? I like this combination on my 110.
  15. Would be nice but carts don't explode. The plastic melts , powder burns then the cap goes off. Just fire and noise. Pity . Sounds like they burnt it because it did not run
  16. Provided these trees are "cherry plum " , then they are tough and will be fine and regrow . As others have said , leave them for now and see what they do. Replanting may give you problems with soil deficiency from a plant already having used that area.
