  3. lol its like sport at 7am with 1 way or the high way... good on the processor that cuts wind blow,personally I love it but only second to roulette rhoddendron clearance.that **** is king at doing you over..

  8. yep a mate has 1 single cab 4x4 sprinter tip truck...its bloody good... it will drag the chipper over wet fields with just a/t tyres on not muds.nice to drive tho the lock is a touch wider than the 2wd sprinter..
  9. lol dominoes.... I would gob out the butt about 3ft up and stick a back cut in it like i was felling it again ... ..then karate kick the butt out and repeat the task untill the tree is down...not very safe but done plenty of times. or climb the tree next to it and dismantle from rope and harness...
  10. that seems about right.....i ported a V8 some years back but i would expect the saw head to be a bit finer on tollerance.... i guess a 90 degree type of dremmel will do the ports so the rings are smooth on the way past how ever .... i think i will take apart my dead 362 husky and play with that for a test....the 660 is quite new and has to earn for a few years so i dont want to total it lol... thanks..

  15. yep..... when my boss that taught me to climb had to take tickets he spat a dummy after 15 years climbing after completeing his nptc he cut his face within 6 months ........

  17. go have a look underneath...the old rodeo isuzu is far better.all guarded up.the dmax is gunna have issues with off road im sure... there just the same as the nissan navaras off road they sink. dont get me wrong there fione for road work and small plant trailers just dont get em muddy.....
  18. lol i put a rangie rear axle in so got discs all round in my 90...stops fine with mintex pads in thanks..
  19. i would be more keen to modify a oem part as it has longtivity in it..
  20. I would assume there a cast part within an mm of its life....
  21. I have used plenty of jap wagons...them D-Max are made of cheese for sure... Im back in a landy again..........bloody things are unstoppable and so cheap... yes you can change from low to high in a landy if you double the clutch once you got moveing up to 7mph or so..
  22. lol fair its only done 20hrs or so work 50 at the most ,im quite aware of the work invloved but yep thanks...it would be easy to kill a 1k saw..:biggrin::biggrin:
