From what I've seen of that sort of overload of dei, the only ones extolling and implementing that have seen a drop in profits like falling off a cliff. They definitely annoyed a lot of people with the dei drag queen story hour too. Plenty of the stuff online, they financially rates business using it. That's not what he has done at all!. All he's effectively said is their are two biological sex's and you can't use diversity targets/metrics as a way to employ people. Exactly, if they can't safely use a bow saw, chipper and small snedding saws maybe it's not the right line of work. We all had to start somewhere, you can't just use oh I've a certain/ticket or qualification as a yard stick. You're their boss/mentor etc, you should be confident with being able to teach them and gauge abilities or as a society we are fkd. How do you learn to drive ?, straight with the instructor or with your parents?.

It's the getting multiple stage heat setup thing I fail to understand as you can't get 60c+ water cheaply. Oh it'll do hot water, technically yes but probably cheaper to have economy 7 hot water and separate central heating off the heat pump at 30c or whatever the maximum cop allows. 3.5kw at a cop of 4 is 14kw or maybe at 5 17.5kw -

Your talking about a basic cs30 tho at what £500 and even then you'll have needed to teach them to respect the thing/know how it works and maintain it beforehand. You're not throwing them up a 150ft tree over a greenhouse and expecting them to crack on.

Well how are you going to claim if you don't do it through the small claims courts ?. It's not necessarily a counter claim, it's a case of the judge ruling in their favour. A vaguely legal letter wouldn't make me settle, if anything it would make me even more likely to fight it.
