Your talking about a basic cs30 tho at what £500 and even then you'll have needed to teach them to respect the thing/know how it works and maintain it beforehand. You're not throwing them up a 150ft tree over a greenhouse and expecting them to crack on.

Well how are you going to claim if you don't do it through the small claims courts ?. It's not necessarily a counter claim, it's a case of the judge ruling in their favour. A vaguely legal letter wouldn't make me settle, if anything it would make me even more likely to fight it.

Or yours, if the judge makes an example as such judgements also get publicity.

Ripe old age of 42, but I do like my history both local and elsewhere that's what I mean and brought up in the golden age of TV and documentary before it got overtaken with the search for Bigfoot or finding aliens. Whilst we'll disagree on the "nazi" American election stuff as I think that's mostly guff, from MSNBC who are still very butt sore especially that horse face women. I'm of an age that unlike a lot of the yoof, I learnt that whilst fuedlism and all the usual things from history have never gone away. Like prostitution, the old ways are the best if there's money to be made both extreme left or right will use it to line their pockets, BLM mansions good example.

What's the obsession with making new words, just call it feudalism. Oh it's neo labour, nope just labour. I hate to rain on the parade of these social science types, calling it something new just makes it dumber. No doubt they'll be calling WFH neo feudalism, as you can save having to need an office ?. It's the same reasons I refuse to use apps for shopping or loyalty discount prices, it the price isn't on the shelf I ain't paying.

True, but knowing my luck I would be the test case and I would be reamed to within an inch of my life!. It's enforced by trading standards, yeah I know they're underfunded etc etc. But it's an easy win, legally speaking if you sold it without being registered.

That's some almost next level delusion argument there, next you'll be arguing my gas boiler is worse than a gas turbine power station, the numbers don't work. But, but, but batteries are getting better, nope not at the same energy density as petroleum ever. A better argument would be to get the USA mpg higher than 18.

Such contracts didn't work particularly well for Amey, they tried that with a lot of gas/electric meter installers before COVID, and it went down like a lead balloon and they lost a lot of cases in the small claims courts. Your better off saying 6 months and you'll do your basic ticket, or see if there is a college route and take the hit for one day a week etc. Better to make friends employee wise than them running off and setting up against you in the local area. Plus non compete were made illegal decades back, unless you're selling a business from vague conversations.
