  1. Think they have been politely saying, don't bother with the all in one tool. Buy a normal cheap sharpening kit, learn how to do it by hand, shouldn't take more than 3 minutes on a 14". We've all bought gimmicks, guides etc. In all honesty the kit makes you learn the angles of dangle and teaches you through experience the importance of the right angles and chip shape when cutting.
  2. It's not exactly a burial plot when it's over probably a hundred yard square.
  3. As they aren't actually a ton what about making a box section sleeve for the forks with telescopic rods to extend into the lifting straps ?.
  4. https://arbtalk.co.uk/messenger/44396/?_rid=39926 Thanks for the violent offer eggs, but I think we both know there's a reason why people such as yourself can't be trusted to play nice with others.
  5. If you're wishing to be pedantic, why not start with those on the forum who have read you're cryptic and rather minimalistic postings. Whilst you expected pity, even though the rules are being followed by the council. So in reality you received mostly apathy from those that posted a reply or chuckled at you throwing your toys out of the pram because you choose not to follow the rules the rest of society abide by and then cry when mommy doesn't let you off a spanking.
  6. People like me pay an absolute ton in council tax and abide by the rules which the rest of society abide by!. We will all wait with bated breath for your impending legal loss and eviction from the illegal "pitch".
  7. So finally after two pages, you finally admit to living illegally. Well you can choose used car salesman or estate agent, both I wouldn't trust!. The rest of society has Zero problem paying council tax and living in legal property and following the rules. Pot kettle and just shown your depths of being an arse.
  8. No, I prefer you pay for BOTH. Paying once does not entitle you to have two. And you've still not explained your caravan/mobile home/tent or whatever you want to call your illegal farm residence. I would get a more honest and accurate explanation from a used car salesman at this point.
  9. For the love of "insert name of your god". Actually tell the whole story, not snippets of what must be a markle esk version of my truth. So what you saying is you mail goes to for example your ex's house and you live in a caravan illegally. If you aren't paying council tax in your name with the address of the litteral soil under where you're living and sleeping, you're living illegally end of discussion. Saying I pay council tax for your mum's, doesn't entitle you to live elsewhere scot free.
  10. Foxes & badger population have always been food limiting, robin foxer does a lot of fox control just down the road across Peterborough. The more you shoot the more thinly they spread out, plus if the rabbits have had mixy that does cause a population crash.
  11. That's not really council tax tho, that's a penalty for not getting permission in the first place. Eggs hasn't exactly explained the situation. Initially making it sound like the council were turfing him from his home etc etc. Knowing the planning system, mostly from my own experience. I don't like people not abiding by the same long and arduous rules I've had to jump through and the sums of money I've spent.
  12. At a guess I'd say he chips in with the owners council tax, you can't tax something that isn't legal. And how much is it?. On the plus side if he buys a boat and doesn't pay, they physically remove the boat.
  13. So why are they kicking you off?, If it's a legal and council tax paid plot.
  14. I'd be more inclined to slid the bags on and off the forks.
  15. What about preservatives from the telephone pole ?.
  16. I wouldn't personally, forks or a bag lifter are safer. I know the corner straps falling down are a pain, but the bags aren't designed for grabbing.
  17. Whilst it might be private land, you won't be paying council tax or have gone through the usual planning process. Plus councils can also prosecute as I presume it's a caravan or something similar ?.
  18. What you and dishy rishi get upto on date night is no concern to me 😉
  19. I wouldn't be too worried about it being a chemical, best advice is to do it when you know it's going to rain, as it'll dilute to practically nothing 🙂
  20. The sodium hypochlorite is cheap from any agricultural shop, it's used for washing down milking parlours. 20litres is like £20, removes practically everything organic from paving and brickwork etc, water it down heavily tho as it's bleach on steroids. 5% Vs 14%
  21. Try the 14% sodium hypochlorite first, that'll kill off the green algae.
  22. Think eggs prefers the can't put two same shoes on Londoner or at a real push the horrible solitary green 😉
  23. I suspect the rishi version of the cartoon would be a gold plated bicycle chained upto one of those bike hoop things using a piece of bailer twine. But doubt he can ride a bike, maybe a tandem with training wheels and just foot pegs at the back as it would be chauffeur riden.
  24. And how is rishinomics making things any cheaper, or would you prefer starmernomics. You know the one where he kicks you out of your home and sends you off to Orkney or somewhere equally remote because you dare to say what a women is without needing a dictionary or three reams of paper.
  25. I might be smarter than your average bear boo boo. Still doesn't make my summary, any less true for it tho does it!. Usual eggs response, bitch, moan, point a few fingers but offer zero solution that doesn't work.
