  1. All our mowers are honda, Can't go wrong with them, they took a good beat in during the summer months and are still going strong!
  2. Wish I had a setup like that that's for sure!! must of cost a fortune!
  3. Have a look through the stihl catalogue they do loads of different saw blades etc..
  4. Very difficult to eradicate. glyphosate does work but depending on how bad your problem is it may take a few seasons to get rid of it with maybe 3-4 treatments a year.
  5. Commercial contracts pay 12 months of the year which is good but I do find that you have to quote very competitively.
  6. We bought a new fs240 c-e a few months ago with no problems at all so far. I hope we don't encounter any problems like yours any time soon! sounds like a lot of money to shell out to get repaired.
  7. Honda IZY should be within your budget and decent mowers! We use them all day and they take a hammering from us.

    fs200

Just bought the fs240 c-e last week, Fantastic bit of kit, we have the power for large, tough overgrown area's and use it in less challenging area's on our regular maintenance for strimming around tree's and sheds etc..
  9. We Have a br600 Magnum. You definitely won't regret buying one although sometimes I wish it was smaller as when all the kit is in the van it takes a fair chunk of space!
  10. Glyphosate does break down and become inactive once in contact with soil. best way to get rid of bindweed as everbody is saying, glyphosate it!
  11. I would of said around the £100 mark including waste removal.
