So this would be an improvement for the very odd use, this and some 30m rope and a prussic!

    The kit is just for general use and so simple is best! What the best harness to get for around £60? Then all I need is rope and a couple carabiniers, right?

    I really want to start climbing trees with ropes and was wondering what equipment I need to buy and if a can buy it second hand for around 100 quid. I can buy rock a rock climbing harness, carabinier, belay device and 30m of rope for £90. What should I do? Thanks Jack
