A church rang me today asking if i could supply 48 cube for them to give away free as they run it as part of a charity..gave them a price just holding my breath until they say ya or na ???? Quote for 48 cube plus free advert in parish mag:lol:

Just thought, I always read this post but never add anything to it. Sent out 300 nets of softwood logs, 500 nets of kindling and 5 m3 of loose hardwood logs. Bit slow again now though, champing at bit to get going. Patience is a virtue?

I always read the thread "How's the log sales going now?", but how do you get your customers. Is it word of mouth, obviously the best way, advertising in local shops, newspapers, or websites? My main aim is wholesale with domestic customers bringing in the extra. I've gained a shop who sold 3000 softwood nets last year and another one, a timber yard would you believe, who are taking hardwood dumpy bags so its a good start . Our facebook page is growing nicely with a new domestic customer today but I want more!!!! So where are your best leads from?

Delivery will be £35. I'll deliver it myself. I could send it by pallet but I like to meet my customers, takes up time but you can never know enough people.

Alycidon, I've just managed to get the chance to sit down after delivering log stores to you and getting log orders sorted when I got back......
