  14. All orders under £75 (ex vat) the delivery is flat rate of £2.95. As it was its free delivery over £75 (ex vat) We thought the previous delivery charge of £7.95 for say if you wanted to buy 2 carabiners was too much and putting people off.

  23. You might be best with an account with fedex or DPD, DPD charge £5 upto 10kg as long as your sending out 40 a week, which i know is alot of pacels, worth a try as royal mail is a rip off now.
