  8. I take my logs to local sawmill, and they charge me about 20 -25 an hour if I help move boards, so all they are doing is sawing, It surprising what you can do in a hour

  19. I am considering purchasing an old forge to convert in to a house. But it had planning which lapsed 2 years ago. Its been on the market for about 4 years. The bat report said there are bats hibernating in the building. I would need to leave room for their roost. As its an old forge there could be contaminated ground. What do you guys think? Any one had dealing with bats and conversion?

  21. I wouldn't let jobs go, get some to work under you. As has been said, it might cause trouble in years to come. I can not fit any one in until at least late july may be August. I got to finish splitting next years logs, 2 days should do it
  22. I ordered some trousers with them about 2 , 3 years ago, they got delivered about 1 month later than there delivery date stated. Now use guys on here, with brilliant service and normally arbtalk freebie
