  2. Hi chaps, after a new tipping trailer 8x5 with high sides would be ideal, uses are chip & logs. If I go for the ifor type sides I can clad galv sheeting to make the sides smooth and a little better for keeping the chip on the trailer. Idea being trailer can go behind mates truck on big jobs saving the back of hilux for tools signs etc Question is which brand is the best, ? local ifor dealer quoted me £3500 plus vat I think will double check Any other makes up to the job, dad has graham Edwards 10x6 lovely trailer but non tipper Thanks

  6. I don't mind mate there's plenty of people out there that have there own way, I just try to take the best info from the best as said previously though the struts were high as it meets the precious fencing, so the customer wanted it to match visually as was not that bothered by the structural side of it as she plans on selling the property so just wanted it all to look right,

  10. Hi Wyk, Yes it is synthetic ester, low ash , low smoke, high protection , so will it be ok? I was told by someone a few years ago that decent mx oil is a very good quality oil to use in the saws, Josh
  11. Spud,I've got some Fuchs silkolene mx oil to use up, is it best to stick to the hp super for the ported saw and use it up on the rest, used it before with no probs just wanted to check with you, it's a synthetic oil btw
  12. The strainer is pinned and notched so it won't slip up the post and as for the top rail it's matching in to the fencing next to it will upload a new pic tomoz

  15. Can't see why people are so negative re 540 on this thread, mines 6ish months old, on Oregon chain, out cuts muff modded 201t by ease, is far better balanced that both stihls in my opinion, is good on fuel, starts well, very torquey, just a lovely climbing saw!?
  16. Well mines 20tonne, max and struggles occasionally that's not with a 4 way head
