Only skim read OP and some replies but a couple of things spring to mind - and have already been pointed out. there is a “technical disconnect” between that which is categorised under a BS 5837 Arb survey for a planning app and that which qualifies under a TPO. Question - is the area covered by the woodland TPO all new planting or was the new planting ‘in-fill’ within something that might (even loosely) already have been classified as a woodland in its own right? If it was all new planting in a previous pasture (for example), it may be a dubious application of a woodland designation. From what I’ve read, and that’s not to say that is what you intended to portray, it sounds like you are dissatisfied with the TOs approach to it? It’s difficult to properly interpret if that’s what you mean - but it comes as a bit of a surprise and leaves me thinking there may be a part of the story ‘missing?’ -

Mad but entirely accurate. You don’t necessarily have to own the land to submit (and potentially gain) a planning consent. You could get a consent on land not in your ownership. Planning and ownership are separate issues. -

😂 Its Freemasons and farmers here Les - that’s what passes for LA ‘rules’ and probably had a lot to do with a ludicrous planning approval that has just been thrown out by judicial review. Judge was female 😂 I bet they know they were doomed as soon as she was announced but daft barstewards fought the case anyway (at tax payers’ expense obviously!) If it’s not funny handshakes in your Principality what is it? Prettiest 🐑?

Getting a TPO initiated is no easy matter hereabouts. Lazy bastards seem to want to throw up any excuse not to whilst trying (abysmally) to enforce 60 yo ATPOs. Only in the public sector can such inefficiency survive - nay thrive! -

It's actually the straight talking honesty of the Aussie news that is being censored. You have to go to YouTube and enter: 'The photo which tells all you should know about the Israel-Gaza conflict' in the search box iffum you actually want to see the video. Then you'd have to confirm that you are over 18 and not a sandal wearing, yogurt covered smarty before you'd even be allowed to look at what the Aussie newsreader says...

I don’t believe for 1 minute you see it as a binary Israel / Palestine situation. I prefer to view it as a bully v oppressed scenario and any ‘normal’ sentient human should naturally side with the oppressed. It suits the cause of the bully to punt the misrepresentation of Palestine being oppressed by Israel. Zooming out a touch provides much greater clarity but takes a bit more effort than posting a picture of a child in front of a tank.

The tank wouldn’t need to be there if the prescribed terrorist organisation masquerading as an incompetent, incapable ‘government’ wasn’t sending women and children out to do its filthy propaganda grabbing work. Nevermind though, there are plenty of gullible muppets willing to peddle their false narrative. I’ll be suitably pissed off if my Nov Israel trip is disrupted.
