  1. All of which is described in detail in the book ‘enemy of the state,’ If ‘the state’ can do this to him, they can do it to anyone. I’m staggered that the (supposedly) libertarian guardians of free speech and expression are so deafeningly quiet on this state behaviour - where are Liberty? Where is usual voice of outraged indignation Chakrabarti? Where are the usual Libtard mouthpieces? Strangely quiet that’s where.... Take the individual personality out of the equation and examine the state behaviour only and there are serious questions to answer..... PS, got my T shirt today ready for a day trip to Londinium week Saturday- will try and avoid getting nicked!!
  2. Passed ½ a million signatures on the petition now.... strangely quiet on the news and a demo planned for 9 Jun.
  3. EU might want to start tickling the UKs tummy rather than trying to play hard ball what with Italy on the verge of financial collapse. UK good will and continued commitment to existing financial contributions are starting to look like something the EU will NEED rather than WANT!
  4. Had similar myself. Just the once mind! Told them to make a seperate pile, if there’s time, energy, interest left after the quoted job it may be considered and a price will be calculated when the pile is complete.
  5. And STILL the priority seems to be suppression and denial rather that openness and honesty.
  6. And there are 450,000 people (and growing) that agree with you Vesp! Its as he himself has predicted, and as has has been independently verified by so called respected investigative journalism and prison inspection reports, put him in gaol enough times and he will be done in by another consequence of systemic failure, the fanatics of the Muslim gangs that control the prison system.
  7. We’re able to agree again Mark! i agree with you that he (probably) doesn’t have a deep personal concern for the specified victims of the crimes which are subject to the current trial. Im just guessing, but I’d suggest it’s more likely than not that he doesn’t actually KNOW the victims, he may do, but on the balance of probabilities- well, you know what I mean.... Its not so much about the victims as it is about the systemic (I would say failures, but they are not failures, they were by design) attitudes, behaviours and omissions which have created the environment where certain demographics have been allowed to behave with impunity within a society they hold in contempt. A camera outside a court after a jury has been appointed and a trial has commenced is likely to jeopardise the trial how exactly? Your only justification is over dramatic and (IMHO) clouded by your dislike of the personalities involved. Why are the other journ’os that merely reported the existence of the trial similarly not incarcerated? Why is reporting of the existence of the trial so secret? Who actually wins from this scenario? By arresting him, the profile created has done MORE to raise the profile of the trial - and focus public attention than would have NOT arresting him! I genuinely wonder who has “played” who in this one! 1 fairly mediocre male, from humble working class origins, raising the hopes, dreams and fears of the masses against the combined authority, education, wealth and power of the establishment- a true David and Goliath scenario of proletariat rebellion - how can this NOT be right up your alley???
  8. I’m bagging that as a compliment Gary (wether it was intended as such or not!) ???
  9. They'll expect the person paying for the accreditation to do all the prep work, paperwork and record keeping, AND pay for the privilege!! It's a good screw ? Similar can be seen to have happened in the pellet side of biomass manufacture. All the small scale operations were muscled out by the big boys, then last year when the factory in Wales flooded there was a national shortage!
  10. a further 10k signatures since I posted it here.... Well done the AT massive!!! ?
  11. Red = disagree Amber = Not sure what you mean Green = Agree (1) What is confusing you....? That's most uncharacteristic! (2) & (3) He knew exactly what he was doing! Raising the profile and bating the radical Muslim community to show their true colours whilst simualtaneously stoking the fires of (understandable) outrage. (4) Agreed! There was a banning order because we mustn't talk about such things for fear of raising a pitch-fork wielding mob or upsetting the delicate disposition of radical islam (and exposing the fact that it's not wholly restricted to a minority radical fringe, but more broadly inculcated within a broad spectrum of that demographic.) (5) Tin foil hat there mate, way below her pay grade! Chief Constable more likely candidate perhaps... (6) Me too.... Maybe that was the point all along and illustrative of (3)....
  12. This one slipped by relatively quietly: https://metro.co.uk/2018/05/25/tommy-robinson-arrested-outside-child-grooming-trial-breaching-peace-7579280/ Over 200k people signed petition for release though and it’s gone up by 5k in about the last hour: https://www.change.org/p/theresa-may-mp-free-tommy-robinson?recruiter=877816824&utm_campaign=signature_receipt&utm_medium=facebook&utm_source=share_petition
  13. Jacob Rees Mogg delivered a confidant, intelligent, well considered and entertaining interview on the Andrew Marr Show
  14. I am an enthusiastic and committed fan of MO who has put my money where my mouth is, but I would stop short of this functionality on the basis that the cost / benefit ratio (with a mini digger at +/- £100/day hire, and this attachment only providing “some” of the functionality of a tracked mini digger) simply wouldn’t bear up to scrutiny for me. “For me” is the key phrase, it may be different for others, but this attachment doesn’t excite me - and that’s hard for a committed gadget junky to admit!
  15. Agreed Mull me old mucker! I’m not averse to taking some free money! ? Its a ? on top and I laugh every time the email arrives to tell me about the ? for the solar PV, solar thermal and RHI payments. But they arrive in the in the bank account because (a) the early roll-out of solar PV payments was WAY too high (civil service ineptitude, albeit partially corrected for new applications by later revisions) and (b) I did EXACTLY what was being incentivised - ripped out an old oil burner and replaced with biomass. The point I’m trying to demonstrate, in a characteristically rambling and potentially illogical anecdotal presentation is, it appears to me that (almost) every time we have a “scheme” which involves money, someone will find a way to *exploit/benefit/avoid/extort/enhance etc (*delete as appropriate) it to their personal advantage in a way that way never forseen by those responsible for introducing said scheme. (Like a 3 legged man claiming disability benefit.... Whereas he actually has MORE ability than a 2 legged man ???
  16. I appreciate, for volume, it can be represented as necessary. I’m only viewing from a self-sufficiency perspective and with the luxury of low volume, sufficient time and ample space for ‘natural’ processes. I can understand the situation of trying to achieve product, on time and to spec, in bulk, but it just doesn’t “sit” right with me. I struggle to believe there was ever the intent, when RHI was conceived, for it to be used in this fashion - given my natural starting point of distrust and (occasionally mild, occasionally fierce) contempt for regulatory ineptitude, I can’t help but feel this is a perversion of the original intent. May be wrong of course...
  17. No offence Steve, but for me, burning wood, to dry wood for burning is as close to "defies logic" as it is possible to get... And the proof of that - would you do it iffum you weren't being paid to do it?
  18. No surprises there: https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2018/may/24/revealed-majority-politicians-key-eu-farming-panel-industry-links But I wonder how many of these policy makers have links, knowledge or allegiance to “small”, Hill or tenant type farmers as compared to large scale land owning, corporate types? Its one of the reasons I struggle to comprehend the allegiance, from the “little” guys, to the masters.
  19. My mate with dyslexia bought a warehouse! You can imagine our disappointment! He then tried religion.... but couldn’t “find” his Dog! ??‍♀️???‍♀️
  20. In Liskeard - http://www.barnecutt.co.uk Further afield, the indisputable best would be - https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g528843-d12705547-r512781413-Horse_Jockey-Helston_Cornwall_England.html Annually, the World Championships are held at Eden: http://www.cornishpastyassociation.co.uk/about-the-pasty/world-pasty-championships/
  21. Give money to someone that sits in an office so that they can sit in an office.... That's a hard sell....!
  22. There'll be hell on! Protests at the bridge!! The extremist, ultra Mebyon Kernow militant wing will be readying the blunderbuss!
  23. Alex..... Ivor or Ron? It could affect how our interaction progresses in the future!
  24. Will, if you get nothing else sorted before you arrive, house, work, car, school for the bin lids.... For the love of God, do some boffing up on oggy-knowledge. “Helluvagood” is a fairly recent arrival on the local scene at St Ive (just outside Liskeard) Pasties are mediocre but sausage rolls are the undisputed CHAMPIONS of the world and bacon/egg pie is a beaut!
