if i can but you are the man if you can't sort it no one can i have a new side line down here i am braking machinery for spares if uneconomical to repair so doing my bit for recycling if any members need a part give me a shout i will see if i have it

the seal puller will work on any lip seal on small engines just need a little practice to get it right

i think i have a carb & air filter set up for hc1500 i will check the fitment bill

just a replacement us cleaner ( present to my self ) also trying some different us carb cleaner will post the outcome if better then what i have been useing

try a car body shop they will have plastic welding equipment just have to find the type of plastic to match with the same type of rod you can buy a fiberfill rod which will work with any plastic which you can melt with a soldering iron it is equivalent to a braze not a fusion weld but has worked well for me in the past repairing mower decks

Same as i use see pdf i buy direct from r&d labs cut out the middle man and rebadging what temp do you use spud i set my cleaner at 65deg C r3126-ultrasoniccleanerforcarburettors_1.pdf

what are you guys using in the ultrasonic cleaner i have been using the carb cleaner from mistral but i do not think it is as good as it use to be what are you using?

Rich means a opc ( operator presence control ) or flywheel brake this will give the impression of a semi seized engine as rich explained
