  1. I used to sing " excuse me while I kiss this guy " ( Jimi Hendrix ) should be " excuse me while I kiss the sky " . It was years later that I realized 🙂

    Pricing.

Looks better than I thought it would , from the ground anyway ( which is were most would view it from ! )
  3. I'm a Husqvarna man mostly and use Oregon . Used to use Stihl chains on occasion when I could get one in .058 .
  4. I use 7/32 for both . On 3/8ths I might step down a size when its gone past half way .
  5. .404 uses the same size file as 3/8ths .
  6. I don't know about it too much ( as I am a retired old forestry git ) but there seems to me to be " tree surgeon " rucks around here like confetti after a wedding . There are the usual , well established guys but shed loads of new ones .
  7. A hard nosed bar isn't 3/8ths or .404 or any thing coz its got no sprocket . Once you get to 36" I would go .404 anyway . Less cutters to sharpen for a given length .
  8. Showers . Hawthorn blossom out and Magnolia .
  9. Mine has never asked for add blue but I put some in anyway at around 5K . What mileage does yours ask for it ?
  10. Yep me too . Mine is a manual box 71 plate Nguard . 3500 towing it says . I have a " Tunit " box on mine that gives back a few of the dobbins that have been held back . Comes out at about 237HP .
  11. What about the latest Navara Zero problems so far .

    Porting

Me and my bud were coppicing Hazel and felling Birch on an estate a few years back . He had his standard 346xp and I had my Spud ported 346xp . We stopped for a break , bit to eat and a drink . When we started back he had picked up my saw ( unwittingly ) and I took his . I thought bollox whats gone wrong with my flippin saw that's how different it is .
  13. Perhaps its shit weather in Africa ? 🙂
  14. They will hit France before they come across the ditch to us AJ .
  15. My stove has a six inch SS liner fitting snugly inside a seven and a half inch clay liner so as insulated as it can get . And I get what you say but it does make a difference to how hot the stove gets and that is the bit that is in the room , the room you want to heat . Mine is also in a bit of an alcove and actually heats the whole house if you leave all the internal doors open .
  16. Hello back Jamie . Good luck bud .
  17. Don't mess with my toy !
  18. Its got no refractory lining of any sort . This cant help matters .
  19. Including the small gauze filter . Better still an ultrasonic cleaner .
  20. I think you need to fit some vermiculite board , or bricks to reflect heat back into the fire box to raise the overall temp .
  21. Is there a flashing light if its got a head ache ?
  22. If your not wet your not working ! 🙂
