Just bought the top cover a few mins ago so thats covered .

I think the blue coil will limit the revs in fresh air but mine spins up quicke and is stronger in the cut . Louder too

I think it all bollox really . A ported saw runs more efficient gets the job done quicker and is less tiring . I think if anything that makes it safer than stock . just me .....

Are you saying the inlet throat pat # is the same for 562 and 560 ?

I think the filter has deeper gills so making it taller

Been reading about people suggesting fitting a 562 air filter to a 560 to get gains . Now as I see it you will need the high top filter cover (easy enough to come by ) and the 562 filter itself,that has deeper gills ( so overall height is greater ) this leads me to think you would need a tall inlet throat to mount it on ( like on the walbro verses Tillotsen carb on a 394/395 ) Any one over the pond confirm this ? Troll , any one ?
