Sounds pretty damning. What year / model was it? D22? I have a D22 . The engine has never blown up ( or let me down at all ) Regularly towed a Jensen A 540 , pulled trees over , pulled a fully laden Canter with wet chip and the chipper on the back , out of a muddy field . I change the oil and filter every 6K and that's it . Consumables have been tiers , and oil really . Its a bit beat up body wise but hey ! ?
  14. Never know . Might get someone with both ! ? Now youre cookin'
  15. You say you have replaced the tank vent , but , it does sound like its pulling a vacuum . Is there any way you can remove the tank vent , half fill it and run it upright for a while just cross cutting and see if that cures it ?
  16. A badger ! fuck no ! !!!!!!! . The point is its the stalking , keeping out of the wind so it can't smell you . Not making a noise , not putting up any birds , or other ground game just to get you into a position to take a clean shot . The actual squeeze of the trigger . Once you have sent it, its all over .
