That is quite odd then, they may have had a bad experience in the past and its just protocol now .
-
Its got nothing to do with the amount of employees one has . Standard procedure for big companies in risk type business.
-
Its for Alligators though !!

I see our LA boys towing a nice new timberwolf chipper about that I've help fund and badly need for my own business . Now that were all one team should i now get access to this machine or get some sort of tax rebate?
-
I think somthing should be done! im sick of just rolling over and grinning through my teeth
before they had just 1 hand in our pockets now its 2! they do us by taxing us to death and now they are nicking our work before we get chance to even make a living:thumbdown:
If your thinking of a petition , my name will be there.

The money they make doing outside work goes back into the council coffers so it is in fact good use of their time.
Yeah and puts dedicated , work conscious tree boys who have invested thousands on training and uquipment out the game... shamefull
-
I'm appaulled by this , its morally wrong on every level .
-
I would build it with a little apex thingymijig , atrium ? at the front before you get into the main tent , get the muddy boots off first and would mean you could cook in it aswell
-
Maybe worth trying to get some pics of the weeds just in case.
-
When the main climbing line is wet i would imagine that this knot would be easier to release under load than a blakes for instance that would bight the main line too tightly under load and release too quickly.
-
That will be the needle roller bearing then ?
Yeah it was stubby , shame because it felt a really nice well balanced saw with the 18" on it . Hopefully stihl can get a proper repair on it eventually .
-
Yeah me too. Wish I had gone. Never mind I will perhaps do it if I ever retire eventually!!
Me and the wife are off somewhere soon hopefully, only thing i know for certain is it wont be Australia
-
You wont be! Mine had its first tanks of fuel today. If it improves once it runs in its going to be incredible - its a screamer straight out of the box!! Hope it lasts longer than the 261 tho......
Hope so rob, 2 weeks ago i watched my mates new 261 explode in his hand . Poor showing from stihl
-
Just be careful here swinny , i didnt think mines would see much use but i use it all the time .
-
Better be good , couldnt hold on any longer ordered 20mins ago cant wait

There was a series on scottish travellers shown not that long ago the Stewarts etc and i can assure you it was a million miles from the ' big fat ' series , much more true to life . There not romanies either incidently.

My wife loves this... I have to admit though I'm starting to get a little cheesed off with it all now.... Seeing them swanking around in expensive cars, flouting the law and generally contributing little except mindless entertainment.... I doubt there's a lot of tax contributed to the public purse, they don't appear to have any moral urge to abide by the laws of the land and glorifying them with a TV series, while genuinely interesting for the first series as an insight into a culture I knew little about, is starting to seriously grate on me now....
Good to ogle a few hooters though....
Worcs this is no more an insight into their culture than this website is to flower arrangeing .
council competing against us! disgusting!
