Think the lime got a little side swept for everyone had a go up the spruce, but yes joe you deserved a lot of credit for that climb coz not only was it a pig of a climb the thing was mahoooooosive and another point we all made was dealing with the epicormic growth on them, it was throw line hell! Good climb though mate you done well considering you we're also suffering from an injury

  10. I'm loving the suggestions so far except Ian's I couldn't bring it anyway Alex would have nothing to ocupie her self with August bank holiday sounds like and awesome date to me!
  11. So had a ponder though the web this afternoons dinner and was looking at some of the spruces there! They are the uk's tallest tree some reaching over 60m, so thought I would try an organise a road trip late summer time travelling down one Friday/ climbing Saturday/ and drive back Sunday! I know its going to be a long haul for some but if we could get all our hats on I'm sure we could organise something special? And I promise to leave my friend at home!   20. Video on the way its not great but we needed a weight to help send the tape down so we attached the camera on record and sent it on its merry way down Just uploading it to the tube now
