I started clay shooting @ 10 years ago. Started off with a Baikal that cost me £200 - still got that gun and can shoot just as well with this or the Browning I had fitted! Still love that ole Baikal....

Am a Browning man myself (ultra XS) but at end of day is down to personal choice. £2K will get you this gun but not much more.

£40/hr all in. He did say it would aid production for us to supply a bod to assist with loading. All plus VAT.

I had the same experience on the gate as Andy. Can't say I'll bother to rush back next year. Spoke to the bloke with the mobile processor - £40/hr and reckons he will process 2-3 cube/hr. On a brighter note had lunch at Whepstead White Horse - very nice.

What about using a starret hole saw + arbor to mark out circumference - use whatever auger bit you have to clear the internal wood and then use the hole saw to tidy the hole up? You would probably need to rig up stand to hold the drill steady but thats what I would do. Hole saw + arbour will probably cost you @ £15 from any electrical wholesler.

I have a 1998 model, been in family since 2000. As mentioned before it's a bit thirsty but very relible. For past 5 years or so has gone through MOT with no issues at all. Not in use every day but so handy - would recommend car.

The beauty of a fully linked up system is if you run out of wood, can't be ar*ed to keep feeding the fire or it's too cold for your stove to cope then the oil boiler will automatically cut in (providing you have the controls on). I have mine configured so that the rayburn supplies all the energy it can but in the mornings or when it's really cold the oil boiler kicks in.

I have an H2 panel linking a conventional oil fired boiler to a wood fired rayburn. Piece of cake to install, both mechanically and electriclly. works fine.

I have a 355 SFW linked to an oil fired boiler (rayburn acting as lead boiler) all linked by a bit of kit by 'heating innovations' - we burn @ a cube a week and in addition to being the warmest for years saved @ a grand on oil!

I deal with @ £35M 0f contracts/year - I suggest for piece of mind you keep gearing to less than 20%

Got it really bad in my early 20's - took medication on a daily basis (triludan)to try and keep it under control. Strange thing is I moved out to the sticks in my late 20's and within 3 years it had completely gone

Day's gone bye on EEB - for every connection alteration an apprentice was sent to the customer to inform that 'all was well' and could she plug something in to test the supply 'like a kettle' -happy days.....

I have been an avid follower of this forum for a long time (years) and have finally registered. I feel like I know lots of you already - thanks for all the advice and useful tips. As you will probably gleen I used to climb poles and dig holes - long time ago but mentally I am still a climber! Anyway I thought I would say hello.
