  1. I don't think that's gonna happen. You don't need it to have the CE cert unless you're a retailer planning on selling it. Just buy one and crack on.
  2. Thanks Al. Cheers Al.
  3. I still need someone for tomorrow. Did I mention that already........
  4. I still need someone tomorrow. (Friday). Thanks.
  5. I need a groundie or climber tomorrow and Friday in Reigate, Surrey. If you can help please call me on 07834 414271. Thanks Al.
  6. That's the feeling I had Dave. I took it back to the dealer and without starting it, he told me it would need a new carb and spark plug (not under warranty). This is the only 560xp he's ever sold. Oh, how I laughed.
  7. About 14 months old.
  8. Every time I turn the saw on its side, it stalls and won't start for 20 minutes. It will run full throttle but stalls when u release the trigger. Not spluttering then dying, instant stopping. Confused! And annoyed.
  9. No association at all. I've demoed the st6 and st8 which is why I think the design is good and know the performance is good. I've had a Jensen for years (from Redwood) with no problems except from wear and tear.
  10. Every brand new chipper will perform like a beast because it's brand new. That factor has no relationship with build quality and post sales service. Edit: I hope these problems get sorted soon because it is a very well designed machine
  11. And how can you possibly know that it won't have problems. Past performance is no guarantee for the future.
  12. True that! My Jensen has hit a million of Surrey's finest pot holes and no damage, which has always amazed me because the roads here are truly awful!
  13. That plastic blue rope that builders use for everything is well cheap and pretty strong too. It's also very light so you won't get tired carrying to the tree.
  14. Arbpro Clip n Step are my favourite. I just haven't bought any yet. 😄
  15. Well if you asked Neils to put in your driveway I'm sure you do know who they are. Strange thing to write.
  16. Done the same! 😄👍🏼
  17. You're quite right Huck. I should have considered that I'm working in Surrey and South London. I don't know where Stefan lives.
  18. You need to literally double your day rate.
  19. Well I'm doing no3 tomorrow night so you have to do the same Ger. cheers. Hic.
  20. I love the Cougar but would hate to use it DRT. I love how static it is because I base anchor a lot. I'm having a nightmare trying to stop my hitch binding up under my HH. The way I see it now, this Friday evening is that I have four choices; 1: Kill my self. 2: Buy 1 metre of 10mm Volcano cord. 3: Drink myself to death. 4: Buy a BDB.
  21. What he said. 👍
  22. Mike, how's it going with the BDB on that rope? I have the same rope and a Hitch Hiker (currently). Thanks.
  23. Yes, 100% and they also throw in a crate of Champagne. 😂😜
