  1. yup i sure have. my 346xp is fantastic.. i have a stihl ms361 at work tho and i cant fault it.. some of the other guys have ms362's and 261's and are constantly having problems with them... the ms261 more so. the 362 aint bad but i dont like it,, dont like the feel of it or the way it throws down its power which as we all no isnt like the ms361. im hoping that work decide to replace our aging 361's they will let me have a 357xp or a 560xp if its sorted buy then
  2. i dont like it.. dnt no what stihl were thinking. 357xp or a 372xp /576xp
  3. yes you are required to wear type c trousers for the cs30/31

395xp and a 3120xp are fantastic. i had a 576xp when i was self employd and i love that to...

  12. we have timberwolf 190 tracked machines at work and they frustraits me. i love the greenmech safe track machines. never used a tracked jensen chipper but the normal roadtow one i used for 2 years in my old job was a fantastic bit of kit.. so in awser to your question a greenmech SAFE-Trak 19-28 Mk2 is my choice
  13. what if you dont have a 357xp or a 372xp? the 346xp does me fine... (ow and the 357 i belevie would b classed a a 60cc). the 346 spits on any 50cc stihl equalivant
  14. the 346xp is fine for ringing up mate.. i have a full chizel chain on mine and it throws out lumps of 4 x 2

  18. i dnt mind it... makes a change from orange. i had a little dcs340 was a good little saw for by the chipper
  19. and they are exactly the same as the blue makitas
  20. mate thats sacralige to rip that apart
  21. solder... tis tough but will more as the tree grows
  22. at least its level hehe
  23. its more of a comparison to the 357 than the 346 he was compairing it to
  24. ahh i got ya... the 357xp is more of a comparison to the 361... i have a 346xp as my personal saw (i was self employed not so long ago) but the firm i work for have given me a 361 with a back handled brake witch i didnt like at first but soon relised how handy it was. 361 is the king of the 60cc saws. 346xp is the king of the 50cc saws.
  25. u dnt need to rev the nads of the 346xp.. if the chain is sharp it will dig in and throw lumps of 4x2 at you.. as far as 50cc saws go the 346 is at the op of the table... i havnt yet met some1 with a 261 that hasnt had the same problem with it.
