  1. haha yh good point,, but ud have to go all the way to pick it up from frj
  2. it looks good,, im in the market for a bigger saw soon aswell... does he no hhow much?
  3. what is it the replacement for or is it just a new saw?
  4. jcb fone
  5. spot on steve, i wouldnt either,, like steve says if you have the money the husky 346xp is a daym good saw or the stihl ms261 which others will vouch for is a good saw,, i havnt used one yet,, but these saw altho there small are still heavy, if u dont have that amount to spent the ms192 is the lightest saw stihl make, alot of the guys on here like the top handled version of it
  6. stihl ms192 with a 12"
  7. the guy i work for left me to reduce the hight of an old hawthorn hedge that had been flailed, with bramble going through it and alot of gorse growning infrount of it
  8. im not interested in the 192 but another saw people are after from france as they stopped selling it here is the rear handled ms200
  9. noo worries mate,, you no the antivib ones cuz they have the platic collor betwwen the engine and handle bars like on the fs400
  10. yh agreed the anti vibration system on the fs310-400-450-480-500 and 550 are deffenatly worth the cost if using for more than an half an hour,, 60 mins strimming with a small machine dont half make ur hands numb
  11. but then ur running a bigger engine to power your batery saw? surly its better just to run a small petrol saw
  12. yes id go with stihl, either an fs400 or bigger with a shredder blade or a brush knife
  13. the stihl batery saw would be good for construction but no good other than working in your garden every now and then i recon, also it looks like a toy
  14. but the fs90 is no good for anything more than grass, it even struggles with long grass, try get hold of a used fs400 or an fs450
  15. the fs90 wouldnt b man enough... try the fs130 or if you have the money an fs400 is the sharpest tool in the box
  16. ive got an old mac335 kickig about somewere,, has no spark and i cant be bothered to tinker with it,
  17. £10-£12 is good
  18. yh agrred,, the clamp on our shute keep going and it a pain undoing the two bolts everyday to get the shute of
  19. ahh i got ya now,, and i ment ms360 not ms30
  20. does any1 no about porting saws?,, i had a go on a ported ms30 imported from america and it was pritty wild
  21. yh same
  22. what its not coming out now?
  23. that is bonkers,,
  24. its true, a top handled saw is the only1 they need to see your tickets for, a chainsaw is the most dangerous tool your dont have to have a licence for.
  25. yh same,, glad igot one befor they wernt availible
