I've worked for the gentleman who runs the company at his house but now we are working for his company and this is the first time we have worked for a contractor like this, so it's a little new to me. All going to be a learning curve.   14. Not sure on terminology but hopefully I can explain this. With the value that I give them for labour are they going to deduct the tax already for us, meaning it's better if I put the value of labour less so we sort out all the tax on it.   15. I've just got this issue popping up my self. The contractor we have done some work for are about to deduct money from our invoice. What is the correct paper work from the employer that I need to ask for that is as you say, Similar to a pay slip on paye.   17. We already run a 110 tipper and 2 90's. Need to get a van as well, but although I'm guessing it wouldn't be as good as a Landy off-road I was thinking if it could still be awd then it makes it a little more useable for different situations.   25. Ground this conny out last thing today. It was next to a 2 story garage the access to the lower garage from the lower road. Tree has started to bow the wall out. Some one had laid 10 courses of bricks around the tree quite a while ago and the tree had pushed hard up against them squeezing them against the concrete on the drive.
