  1. I know this is an old thread but I've finally got round to recording my weekly food intake and just did a bit of searching to see what other people were consuming. I'm 5ft 10. 71kg and by my recordings I'm in taking 5000-5600 calories a day. My weight hardly varies at all. If I know it's going to be a super hard day I'll chuck in a protein shake to keep me going. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk

  3. I'm thinking about doing a trip to Canada to see a friend and do a bit of exploring out there but would also like to get some work in while there. I'm not sure how easy it would be to get a job climbing there? I'm lucky enough to be able to leave my business partner to keep running the company at home. Where if any one has been can any one recommend? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App Colwood Land Care, Tree surgery, Sussex

  13. Open sided barn. I'm going to keep up with the waxing over the next few days to try seal in any remaining moisture so the final part doesn't dry to quickly. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk
  14. Hopfully not. This has been sitting round already planked and sized for 10 or so years. Treated it straight away and am keeping the heating down for the time being. Going to treat it again tonight when I get in. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk
  15. I was thinking about making chairs but I feel they are a little too formal and time consuming. I feel the benches suit my place a lot more as well. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk

  18. So far have done these two. The sound bar and tv bolt to the top with the sub bolted to the under side so it hangs off the ground. Will get a picture of it assembled later today as moving my final bits into the house. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk

  20. So you say a year an inch, if it fell down in 1987 and it was about 28" it should be close on time. I might leave it in the workshop for a while then move it into a bit warmer rooms slowly. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk
  21. So I'm guess it's because it's drying to quickly. If it was sealed or waxed in somethings would this help? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk
  22. Only planked in about a month ago, it has been in a lean too, then moved into the workshop where it was fine. I'm guessing I took the candle holder in to the warm to quickly after having fresh sides cut? Does putting wax or Somthing on help? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App http://Www.colwoodlandcare.co.uk
  23. So I've started building my self an Oak dining table in the workshop. I brought a few off cuts into the house that I made into candle holders and they have split within a few days. A lot of the timber I'm using fell over in the 87 hurricane so ild thought it would be dry, how can I go about not letting it split?
