  4. Bloody hell, had no idea it could be that expensive Did he rebuild it to its complete former state or did he make a hybrid out of it ?
  5. A fully working Jagdpanther and Hetzer ? Damn.. he is a lucky guy, they're extremely rare. Can see why you smile each time you go in the Yard mate, some serious bits of kit there to say least
  6. If he's got a Sherman or Churchill REME Tank I'd be really envious gotta love fun bits of kit like that but really practical too
  7. Haven't got a tractor but had a bit of a nosey on the net and just thought this might make a really good bit of kit if you do some modifications, granted it'd be a project in itself to fix it up right but think it'd be very versatile since during WW2 it pulled a lot of tonnage with Heavy Artillery guns, so some logs wouldn't be an issue both on a trailer and if you converted the back to a flatbed with pillars - wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts Specs from Wiki though trying to find some more accurate ones - Engine - Maybach HL 62 six-cylinder petrol (140 hp ( kW) Power/weight - Hp/Tonne Suspension - Torsion bar Operational range - 250 km (road) 120 km (off-road) Speed - 50 km/h Edit : Or you could go for the more powerful Sdkfz 9 Engine - Maybach 12-cylinder, water-cooled HL 108 petrol 270 horsepower (270 PS) Payload capacity - 2,620 kilograms (5,800 lb) Transmission - 4 + 1 speed ZF G 65 VL 230 Suspension - torsion bar Ground clearance - 44 centimetres (17 in) Fuel capacity - 290 litres (77 US gal) Operational range - 260 kilometres (160 mi) (road) 100 kilometres (62 mi) (cross-country) Speed 50 km/h (31 mph) (road)
  8. Heres a couple from my favourite Philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche. The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself. On the mountains of truth you can never climb in vain: either you will reach a point higher up today, or you will be training your powers so that you will be able to climb higher tomorrow.
  9. I reckon people should be allowed to hook their car up to a car battery externally, second those scrotes go to key it *bang*
  10. That new Range Rover just looks like a glorified Pimp Wagon, wonder if the added extras are giant fluffy dice with leopard print seat covers
  11. Classics [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvcohzJvviQ]YouTube - peaches[/ame] [ame] [/ame]
  12. It really is a fantastic song isnt it Bobby Can't believe the Catholic church tried to have it banned arguing it was promoting Satanism
  13. My favourite song by them, can't beat Rolling Stones on a nice summers day/evening [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLq_4HzJ6T0]YouTube - The Rolling Stones - Sympathy For The Devil -HQ[/ame]

  15. Hang on.. that job in Brum you nearly broke down in tears up a tree ! pot meet kettle ? Hope Johns ok mate, give me a shout if you need a stand-in while Johns on the mend.
  16. +1 For me it was working at a Custodial Bank doing Money Transfer [ All currencies ] Prior to that thought Office politics was a myth until I got an unhealthy dose of backstabbing - totally unproductive atmosphere where you weren't marked on how good you were at your job, more how much you sucked up to your immediate Boss. Absolutely loathed that job and wouldn't ever go back to Office work ever, EVER again.
  17. Cant beat a bit of Cypress Hill [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rw5PRzXiEE&feature=related]YouTube - cypress hill - Locotes - III (Temples of Boom)[/ame]
  18. Fantastic bit of work there, attention to detail is spot on
  19. Reckon this thread and the other should be moved to be honest, all its done is breed a lot of contempt and annoy the **** out of folks. Can't see how its been productive from the start let alone several pages in. Just my tuppence.
  20. +1 Here. I work on 50 a day currently and I'm happy, love the job and I'm grateful for the work, I'd rather do 50 quid a day than sit on the dole or kick my heels feeling sorry for myself as well as in times like these I'm just happy to be in work when so many aren't. Plus I feel very lucky as the guys I have been working with are very fair, been teaching me a lot about the job and are damn good employers. I wouldn't trade that for a job with higher cash, I'd rather be happy each day I go to work and just means I'll have to graft a bit extra at weekends if im short on bills.
  21. Very talented Jazz musicians there, amazing amount of improv really. On the blues note made me think of these guys [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ab6lr2b66Ig]YouTube - Clutch "Electric Worry" Music Video[/ame]
