Haha bang on mate one of me mates favourite is " by the way mate have ya ever seen one of these before" followed by the mighty right haha people who hit dogs must have a insecurity problem and feel the need to beat something that makes them feel like a man scumbags

Ive had a mate like that done it to his lurcher. I said listen mate if shouted you across the street then I smacked you, the next time I shouted would you come over? Sounds soft but you gotta show them love I cant see how these people think if you beat a dog up it will do want you want.

My old gaffer was doing a job in the platform when he saw his client "training" his gun dog by kicking it in the stomach! When he came down and confronted the client he said I don't tell you how to do your job! He got told if he was seen kicking the dog in the stomach again that he will be grabbed around the neck and kick in the stomach:) don't think he worked there again for some reason haha

I have mixed fruit usually strawberries rasberrys and banana mixed with milk oats and scoop of protein maybe a bit honey, have one every morning:) I'm sure yeti will be along soon with his shake think it was a mixture of tuna and orange juice or something haha

Isn't there a plate around where the cap is that has pipes running into it?I'll look at mine in the morning. Mine does the same and I thought it was the seal around that not the cap?

Heard the other day twenty odd separate scrap lads had been arrested around our area for stealing from peoples gardens etc and not having the hawkers license:) at something is starting to be done -
Try 'my protein' website they are good value and quality there's loads of types still but I reckon you can't go wrong with plain old protein

I only have them cos I get them cheap and have them between meals at work or after training when waiting for the wife to make my tea haha there's nothing better than food I reckon some people use shakes as a substitute

Ive heard that too regarding the chocolate milkshakes. Shame you don't live near me can get maximuscle cyclone 840g tubs for a tenner:)

As title any jet ski owners on here? Couple of the boys went halfies on one and are getting bored we are thinking of chipping in on a couple more around £1500-3000 mark. Looking for recommendations on models or which ones to stay away from:) I quite like the look of the Kawasaki ultra 150 at the minute cheers

If news papers etc wound me up I just wouldn't buy them and if the tv coverage wound me up I wouldn't watch it it's easy:) she may have been a druggie but she is still someones little girl. I agree a fallen hero deserves more coverage or a tragedy of the level in Norway but media is a business and it seems people are more interested in famous people as if they know them and that sells that's just the way it is.
