    Just spoke to one of my customers in Berkshire & he has suffered a break in losing approx £13K worth of kit, not sure what the answer is but it's getting from weekly to daily & now more than one a day.

    Just to show how capable this model is, today we carried out a successful demo with our fellow arbtalker Charles Hey. The demo was in Essex & one of the stumps was 4ft x 2ft which was taken out in under an hour, the grinder is very capable for a pedestrian machine. The grinder used was 18 months old but still as new showing the build quality we still produce with our Bandit machines.

    A quick & easy fix, there will be grease on it from the factory & it relies on friction to grip. I will get someone to call you tomorrow.

    Depends on how critical your grade of chip needs to be for your end user or system, some will tolerate some oversize & some wont. A std chipper will be a lot cheaper than a screened biomass chipper but we supply both (Bandit).

    I know of a Rayco RG13 for sale where I have been today, if this is too small we have a HB19. No used HB20's available.

    Anywhere between £27K & £30K dependant on options, you can get this as low as a 49hp although we have never imported one, usually 85hp. We have one left in stock as I sold Four at the Confor show.

    That's one of the most sensible posts I've seen, big chipper that's made life a lot easier, should have done it years ago, if I had a penny the times I get told that. You've done your maths & if its like our chippers it will hold its value. Pity it's not our 9" chipper it would have saved you cutting that limb in half
