  1. 2wd option? light-weight? economical? never make a towcar will it..
  2. saw a demo at last years aa show, cuts through most stuff, but theres a lack of heavy metal or engine burning fossil fuels -it'll never catch on:001_tt2:
  3. this is a yard full of long firewood in this country, all cut to size just before delivery..
  4. anyone got a rough idea on price? choking this week..
  5. got a cliff edge rope saver once, keep it in rigging kit bag, had a fair bit of use so its worn through in a couple of places, i'll pop a pic up tomorrow, its made of similar stuff as 1tonne bags but thicker.. with velcro to hold it round the rope and a string to hold it at cliff edge. as used by mountain rescue teams.
  6. couple more, there were about 7 other balloons up that morning too. wierd how safe it feels too..
  7. piccies are clear in photo album, but re-photoing them leaves something to be desired..

  11. check out short rotation coppice from defra, theres grants for setting up etc..
  12. 'plates for fun' ont internet, ten quid delivered, says something like 'call to verify' at top and phone numbers at bottom. only driven to work twice with it on so-far.. obviously you can type in anything you want to have on plate.. usually delivered fast -2 days at most.

  14. pic2 shows position of spraycan but black bag (rigging bag) was ontop squashing the nozzle down.. rather fetching eh?
  15. ok so the first one is a joke but had mishap with stihl pink tree marker spray in a slightly overloaded hopper..
  16. had one of these harmless thingys(forgot its name) getting interested in a freshly felled larch stem, last saw one two years ago on freshly cut scots pine. both times the creature was intent on sticking its thingy in the timber..
  17. have same problem on 6mth old stihl hedgetrimmers, have to 'choke it to death', seems to have fixed itself and now the blower has started doing it..

  20. you are asking a lot there, was honeymoon 6 or 7yrs ago:blushing:, the pics are in a box covered in dust on top of the wardrobe, mr blair would have me throw them away as they havn't been used for over a year, i'll try to scan some in later:thumbup:
  21. nice find hama, could have done with that 6mth ago for an assignment at myerscough, scraped a pass without it anyway but i'll read through sometime as a refresher..
  22. really nice pics:thumbup1:, done ballooning in egypt and loved it, we did it early morning as the sun was rising over the nile and sahara, would be ace to do it somewhere i know well..
  23. yeh that bloody hurt.. if it happens again i damn well will cry..
