Ok then 1.Prepare material for chipping Theres 3 answers for that 2.convert to transport position. 3 for that 3.Demostrate knowledge of matintenance of the cutting system 10 for that 4.Check wood chipper is in stable condition 18 for that one 5.Demostrate knowledge of problems with noise from the machine and how to reduce the effect 10 for that Best of luck and thats the easy ones

  5. It was a page and half Last year Know its gone out of hand You can tell the office lot have got the hands on it as they ask for round bits of wood to go in to the chipper Its part of my college course I have my cs 30 in two weeks so im on a roll at the mo
  6. Yes How to start it and check the safety and chuck a bit of wood thru that it 2 questions about it.. the rest is all question

  8. 50 questions 9 pages Have to have 3 pass marks on each questions 3hrs to do it in if you don't answer one questions its a fail Took me just under 2.30mins to get it done and i PASSSSEDD :thumbup: So over the moon been panicking for two weeks about it the assessor was the best one i have ever came around he carmed us all down and made it feel really confident Time for the pub i think now

  10. Those harnesses must of cost a bit But in all serious if some one was hurt up a tree i would use anyway to get to them to get them down. This looks like a safe way of doing.The way i have been told is time consuming and 36% they will die if you do it the way we have i have been told..All you wont is the person on the ground asap

  19. yes and we had a smashing day glad that i got to meet some of the fellow arbtalkers Really had a good day with rob and the lads climbed a few trees and set up a Zip line over the pond and inbetween the trucks Rob going to link some videos and pics as well Big thanks to rob who set everything up for all us to stuff our face

  23. If a chipper is plant could you not use the saws with red aswell I dunno so please enlighten me
