  1. Creatine is safe. They've done tests to prove it ! I think most people don't quite understand what it is when it comes to creatine mostly because theres a bit too much science involved in the explanation! It's naturally found in steak and the reason to use it is to sustain energy for longer when lifting heavy.   3. Cheers chaps. I know surface grinders are used to sharpen blades ..What I was mostly getting at was how many of you use one of these old school grinders and if it's up to the job..
  4. Does anyone use one? I was considering buying one for under 4 hundy. It's an Abwood 3 station-If that means anything to anyone.. Im guessing I will need to make a jig for the blades?Its has a coolant tank/hoses and is 3 machines in one.Mostly want to know if it is worth buying! It's one tidy looking machine Cheers

  11. Imo the br85 is rubbish, unless your doing loads of little back garden jobs each day.I've got a br550 an i reckon it halves the clean up time which is good news when your at the end of the day!
  12. I was looking at a Jappa 300be at the weald woodfair on sat; 13hp petrol engine and pto point. chainsaw cutter 6ton 2/4 way splitter folding conveyor retails at £7,735. Does anyone have any pointers?are there better machines?
  13. im also in the market for some,but the price makes my eyes water. have used them several times and they are alot more stable than any other straight ladder. so yeah they get my vote.

  23. what big j said. its not too harsh as long as your not over training prior and you warm up real nice like. but the best thing to do is vary your routine every couple weeks and eat good stuff!
  24. every few months i'd warm up real good like then do 5 sets of 5,on the heaviest weight i could then do whatever other compound exercises then home.do this for 5 days in a row and you should get some good gains.dont worry about doms when doing this routine,if anyone tells you to.. good luck mate
