    yes went for a brand spanling new engine in the end cost just over a grand for a 26hp kohler command engine i bought the beast of a jensen but is too big for what i want so its up for sale already

    i think rob if you go onto the dda website it should give you all the dimensions they look for so i always use that as a rule so no comebacks

    and also make sure gradient is correct to comply with dda act not too steep and dont forget handrails at correct height.

    well folks it is only going to get worse as i work part time for the probation service supervising unpaid work orders for the courts used to be community service. all the 42 probation areas have to save at least 20% of their budgets over next two years and as high risk crims like murderers rapists and peoadophiles are high risk lower class of crims deemed medium to low risk i.e. burglars drink drivers and assaults both gbh/abh which tend to be the most violent crims will have have less supervision by the service. the courts are in a mess anyway with most jails over full so magistrates have be told to "only send the most severe to jails" i would say that having anybody smashing you in th face with a glass bottle is serious and they should be jailed not just left out to do what they want...

    it all depends on the road normally if its an a road you cannot set up before 9am and have to be off by 4pm if they set up and stay on site all day your dont need chapter 8 as they will be taking responsibilty for it. i had one yesterday i have chapter 8 supervisor ticket and some snotty highways officer was trying to insist i needed full traffic managment at a cost of £350 for the day job was only worth £200 max as only there for 2 hours so be careful and speak to local council and see what they want

    to throw a spanner in the works with harnesses i have used a lot of harnesses and have settled with a weaver perfect support and with a sliding d ring makes branch walking a breeze

    they do a nifty credit card/debit card facility for your customers to pay by if you pay the fees and service pretty dear for what it is
