  5. Hi, I have got a 2000 reg 3.5t canter and need to remove the rear drums so sort out a braking problem but i cant get it to shift. I have removed the rear wheels but i cant see any other retaining screws holding the drum on but it wont shift. I have tried removing the half shaft but this doesnt seem to help at all. Does any one know how to do it? Does anyone know where i could get a workshop manual for it too? Thanks Will

  17. hi, i have a timberwolf 35/150 6" chipper (badged as entec on makers plate) that had the same problem. The grey anti stress box was playing up. You cant get this sort anymore so i am told but there is a retro fit newer version available that was supplied to me to fit, fitted it and now works a treat. Try giving mark a ring at M&H Arb Services 07766056148. He used to work for arborplant as engineer, who were Timberwolf dealers (entec) and set up for himself. Very good and wery helpful
  18. hi, try giving Mark a ring at M&H Arb Services 07766056148 He used to work for timberwolf (Used to be Entec) for many years now set up his own company, He is very good knows everything you could know about them and supplies all parts
  19. hiya, I have got 2 short haired Jack Russells that come to work with me every day either in Land Rover or Unimog. They both shiver in the cold and when they have got wet. As long as they have a blanket that you can chuck over the top of them they keep their body heat in and are quite happy. Sometimes when it rains a lot and they are out in it or a while I have to put a dog coat on them
  20. My unimog has developed a problem, sometimes when i go to start it it turns over fires and dies and wont start it will turn over and over but wont fire. I have to open bonnet, pump up fuel system with the hand pump and then it will start and run fine. It can do this when it has been running for hours and you stop it for 15mins and go to start it and it wont until you pump up fuel system by hand. It with then start fine time after time and them sometimes it will do it if you leave it for a day without starting and you have to pump up fuel by hand again and it will be fine again all day. I have changed filters, there are no fuel leaks anywhere, no split pipes anywhere. It has me stumped but somewhere there must be air getting into fuel lines. Trouble is problem is so irractic and unpredictable and there is no pattern to it doing it. Any ideas?
  21. Cheers guys thanks for the input. Yeah run mine on red so will try adding kero as it is summer mix i guess as it was bought in the summer in bulk tank. Will order up some fuel filters and try changing them to se if that helps.
  22. Hi just wondering how your unimogs start in the cold weather cos mine is a pig to start. Is this normal or have any of you adapted yours with a glow plug? Mine has no glow plug at all. I think i need to adjust the pump timing a bit cos she smokes like hell when she is cold. Any ideas on better starting ?
